Я снова влюбилась в Димаша. Вроде бы немного успокоилась, перестала слушать только его. Но, вот он рецидив)), и опять нет других певцов, они просто не существуют. Есть только Димаш - это наваждение, болезнь. Но болезнь прекрасная, заставляющая плакать, очищать свою душу. Хорошо, я больше не сопротивляюсь, буду болеть))

Dimash is a tour de force. Everyone after first hearing him is rendered speechless, even the most talkative personalities. He ushers people into an incognizable space with no parameters for a period of time, just as anything else would that we didn't think was possible. As well, in person he is kind, very caring and real. He calls his fans "Dears". His dears. The depth of feeling he emotes through his art is contagious, a reminder of our innate human connection. Great first reaction lol..I agree with you that he is on whole another level... and you just opened pandora box.... he is one way ticket lol.... he made the people all around the world listen songs on languages they dont understand and be in owe by his performances...I suggest you daybreak from bastau concert , diva dance bastau concer, sos slavic bazar and adagio from I am singer 2017...he has so much amazing performances that its hard to reccomend the best so anything you pick is amazing....so start your journey to dimashland and enjoy.... in a sea of trashy music these days we are lucky to have yt so we can hear talented singers who dont get the atention from mainstream music industry

He is confirmed 6 octaves 2 semitones so far but some hint we have not heard them all. That song was when he sang on the Chinese professional singer competition show The Singer in 2017 ( he sang 12 songs you can see all on KZread) where he was the youngest contestant ever and came in second. Many believed he should have won but China wouldn't let such a young foreign singer win a Chinese competition of professional singers, some of which were more than twice his age. He entered at age 22. He will be 25 in May of 2019, just so you know. It is estimated he has sung before 2 billion people and has won all sorts of awards. He is on American TV show right now on The World's Best ( today is March 10th 2019 and he sings next on Wednesday the 13th where it is brought down to the top 2 acts) then the following Wednesday the 2 acts go up against each other to see who gets the title The World's Best. So far it is the TNT boys but although they are adorable and great singers they have nothing of the skills that Dimash has so I am unsure how three young teenage, some aren't even teens yet can be in the same category with Dimash who has studied for 2O years in classical piano and classical singing. He plays 7 instruments, plus his voice which is a fine tuned instrument by itself. He sings opera, popera, pop, r&b, folk, rap and most anything else you throw at him. He mixes genres and says he wants to bring different kinds of people together just like he brings different kinds of music together, and he has. People from all over the world have fan clubs for him and keep in touch to learn each other's language and video chat and even visit one another's countries for Dimash concerts. His highest sustained note during a concert with vibrato has been a D8. Yeah, doesn't exist really but it is 2 scales higher than the last piano key. I think that was one of his favorite poems that he composed music for titled Unforgettable Day when he was 19. It was dubbed the Dolphin Whistle was so high. Dimash has always had a high register and as a young singer was sent to sing with the girls at school so he really developed those notes. When puberty hit he never lost them but just added lower notes. He has a degree in singing from college and is continuing his higher education in music. No moss is gathering under his feet. He speaks Kazakh his native language and Russian fluently. He is learning Mandarin and English as his 3rd and 4th languages. He sings in over a dozen languages. He researches each foreign song he sings so he knows what he is singing and where to put the emotion. He never just sings any ol' song. He was offered a position with the 5 th largest opera house in the world but declined their offer to sing his own kind of music to share it with everyone. I am so glad he did too! His mother is a professional opera singer and his father is a famous pop singer, producer, song writer and is Dimash's manager. Dimash writes and composes for himself as well. His sister sings as does his paternal grandmother and his paternal grandfather plays instruments. They are a very musically inclined family. I know Dimash has a younger brother and I think he plays drums but I am not positive. Truly if you are interested in Dimash I would start on KZread. Look up Dimash singer 2017 and find the 50 minute video. That is all his songs one after the other he sings on the show and you can see how he changes and gets better with his English and Mandarin even if you do not speak it you can hear it by ear like any other song it just sounds better. After you get his early stuff then you can branch out and watch other things or look at stories about his life. He is very interesting and worth watching about. Enjoy your Dimash odyssey.

Okay okay, but why is it that Dimash interpretation of this song "All by Myself" has a very ugly arrangement. This song has a beautiful melody and he simply used this song to showcase highhigh pitch and nothing more.

I think Dimash creates a new genre in music. He mixes pop, rock, opera, rap, hip hop and r&b music, in his own unique way. His universality and versatility makes him a favorite to fans of any style of music. You have to watch all his performances to understand what we are talking about. He has the vocal ability to sing like whoever he wants, and that's his advantage when he sings rock. His super-genius essence creates such a covers of legendary songs that are unthinkable to be accept until you hear Dimash's covers. React all his performances please! I discovered Dimash via a vocal coach who reviewed his performance of S.O.S d'un terrien en détresse on the Singer 2017 series. By all accounts, it was his breakout performance and made him an "overnight" sensation in China, though he was already making waves in his part of the world. You'll get many other fans suggesting other great performances but this song stirs the soul and is just...transcendent.

Dimash sang this when he was 22 years old in a contest The Singer in 2017. He is really wowing the whole world with his incredible voice, spectacular performances and total dedication to his art. He is now 24 years old, hails from Kazakhstan , classically trained and can play the piano, drums, dombra, xylophone among others. He also sings in multiple languages. Thank you for your candid reaction. A first time listener to Dimash definitely gets goosebumps or be in total awe at his vocal ability. I had the same reaction in 2018 when I first saw his video singing SOS dun terrien en detresse sang in The Singer 2017.
