DMC please paste the rate of everything at the entrance in every major markets in Dimapur . Also a number to call if the shop owner doesn’t comply with the given rates . Thank you .

It should be rate board for public in the market

DMC is interested only in collecting tax but not in making the fish mongers sell the fish at the prescribed price. Else, they should install rate chart boards inside the fish stall in every corner or entrance which should be updated every time rate changes so that customers will not have to bargain and the fish sellers will also sell at fixed price..public will also stop complaining at least in this case to DMC...a solution very easy to implement and win-win situation for the fish mongers, customers and DMC...Only God knows why DMC is not implementing it

So true. Price rate chart should be displayed and updated daily in the meat shop. Or else they take advantage of us. It's hard to bargain unless you are regular customer.

It would be great if DMC could install electronic rate board inside the fish market so that the customers can know the prices of the fish

Electronic board is not required. It will will get damaged with time which will take years to repair or replace. For a place like ours, black boards with rates written with chalk/paint will be best

Adona calling that middle aged man an uncle at 4:23 was so cute. Btw, I think Adona doesn't quite understand how the fish rates are supposed to be. Sure, the proper DMC rates should be posted on every single vendor/stall. But Adona made a mistake with the 1½kg Rahu fish price. The actual price of Rahu 1½kg as per DMC rate will be 285, but the vendor brought it down to 270.

Here in 4th mile area any kind of fish is not below 200 rupees per kg as much as i know..didnt know this rate till date..thank you hornbill but its kinda useless for us since we wont be getting it according to DMC PRICE#so sad

@6:37 the fish seller has charged the correct amount. Because as per DMC list if rahu fish is below 2kg the rate is 190/kg. Aunty bought 1.5kg fish So 1kg=190rs 1/2kg=95rs Total which comes is actually Rs 285 as per list but the seller charged 270/-

Fixed Rate for Fishes ? Rate changes based on supply and Demand + Logistics. You can't do charity in business otherwise everyone have to close shops.

Here adona is confused with the DMC rate... dmc rate is priced according to the size of fishes n not how much we r buying..if a customer buy a fish weighing less thn one kg thn price is different but if a customer buy a kilo of fish that weighs 3kgs n cut a portion frm there thn it will be costlier
