@sonalchauhan1777 kaise shuru kiya bhai maine boht try kiya but I can't do it more than 6 hours jab din shuru hota hai tab easy lagta ha kiyuki meri school 9 ghante rehti thi toh I use to have the feel ki atleast me sitting laga sakta hu dedicated hokar padhai na ho toh atleast beth pau but abhi kuch bhi kro 6 ghante ka mark cross hi nahi hota usse less hoga more than 6hrs never, toh bhai apne increase kaise ki sitting timing ya start kaise kiya apne

For me you are a life changer. For the past 4 months i have been working out daily, all thanks to that david goggins video made by you.😂 In these 4 months i went from 23 pushups to 160 pushups. Lost 6 kgs, from 78 kgs to 72 kgs, merely by pushing and pulling my self up and down. Mastered meditation. From a guy who used to wake up at 9:00 am to one who gets on the study table by 3:00 am( for this i go to bed at 9:30pm with minimal screen on time) In all this, my goal was actually to increase oxygen supply to my brain to minimise cognitive fatigue. And i am still improving.

i have started to accepted that its not easy to quite smoking but lets diversify into prayers & meditation after the negotiation my mind asked me why you choose meditation & prayers ? Then i told my mind that i was doing this since i was 7 years old but difference is here i just diversify into smoking now im bored so its really need to heal again and nothing wrong with that what we done before (smoking). Now I completely forgive myself and i did tawba to Allah he saw me that path this is inner peace for me.

Tech Cs student, mene aapke nevi seal wale & Devid Goggins ki video dekhke 5 days ka vary hard task banaya jisme mene bs 45 minute per day ka he time decide kiya dosto s fun krne ka baki tumine oadai & related to my passion, but unfortunately 2nd day tak fever aagya, & plan cancel but bhale he 1 he din hopaya ho lekin mujhe trigger to kia, & ab m acche usefollowkrunga & kr rha hu,, idk hoga ya nhi hoga but m hamesa laga rhunga iske peeche & failure is just learning & jaise aapki life m kabhi na kabhi to stress aya hoga but apne app ko samhal te hia aap ne video bnana nhi choda veise m bhe uncomfortable zone ki taraf dyeere dheere bad rha hu.
Thanks a lot for this video and summary. My key take aways 1. We have 2 modes of thinking namely Long term and Toddler. Long term has lot of benefits including doing difficult and boring tasks that are important to succeed. Toddler likes to enjoy and focus on fun activities. Toddler is active for 90% of the day 2. We have to help Long term thinking (also known as Slow Planner) by making the toddler work. This will mean breaking our goal into smaller activities. Doing the activities and rewarding ourself by praises or other rewards. This will improve our abilities and also motivate us further. E.g. instead of writing a large book, focus like James Clear on writing 100 words. 3. When you continuously break the task and follow it , you will realise that you are achieving more and completing more and end up becoming better readers or writers 4. Self negotiation - Discuss with your mind and get it to work..e.g. if you get anxious about not doing work..negotiate that you would work for 3-4 hours and spend 60 minutes for some games. Even if you achieve less, continue with the change 5. Work on small 1 or 3 habits to make it more realistic. 15 days to 8 months is required to make the thinking automatic
