I am just fan of this man vijendra a wide knowledge Bank... Which knows how to crack the each n every candidate n wht to ask about the topics he takes in every interview is like AWS.. really every corporate needs such panel as wel as in public sectors tooo,,, hat's f too u sir the knowledge u got so far ...
I am so glad I stumbled upon this interview.. Dilip Sir is so articulate and I congratulate Drishti for bringing forth such a realistic representation of interview. We often hear that coaching institutes are depicting aggressive spaces instead of a coordial conversational spaces. This interview is a living indictement to such dismissals.

I have seen many mock interviews in Drishti and observed that board members never questions on North East issues to the candidates except very few. They would ask about bihar Or UP. This approach should be changed. Atleast one or two questions should be asked on North East issues so that candidates atleast have some information about NE issues.

Firstly you will never know what the interviewer gonna ask that day..so obviously you have to prepare for NE as well.
