Was he in a position to? To hear recordings of him speaking on it, he knew Pac was destined for greatness, but they were in separate lanes creatively speaking at the time.

I saw/ met Shock G as a 15 year old around "96" in Detroit at Heart Plaza. He was walking down Jefferson on his way to the Marriot Renaissance Hotel. It was a group of us kids & we spoke to him & he noticed a friend of mine & said she's gone be dope when she grows up.

I remember coming home from the Teen Club on Sat night and watching Showtime at The Apollo @ 1am with my ears still ringing. God those were great times. Sooooo many great artists. Rap, R&B, Pop, Freestyle.
