Mine broke within the hour. Mind you it dropped on concrete after being left out in the wind! Just battery compartment loose and on taking apart hot- glued the speaker in an attempt to quieten the beep. cheers for the video.

Is there a volume control. Alarm is too loud

Remove batteries, wait a minute and replace. Should reset and clear any alarms. Make a note of your readings first.
