    @Hateem_Shahid not at all! Excessive just means too much. There really isn't a milder way to disagree with another viewpoint. "I think they're wrong to be so optimistic. They are too optimistic. They are excessively optimistic. " Extreme words are ones like "always," "never," or "completely". Hope that helps!

    The method of not reading the whole text and eliminating some answer choices is really helping me in most of the questions, and now i am able to solve most the questions. it is just a few questions that I sometimes get confused. Can you please touch on the vocabulary and poetry aspects .

    Is there any way that you could do a few of your practice tests with us? Those from the satcrashcourse. I did the first one and realised that my main problem was careless errors and not sticking with my gut instincts. Too many times my instincts pointed me immediately to the right option and I changed my mind later on. I would really like to do more of your practices tests since I can't really buy them at the moment. Can you consider this please?

    Hello Sir. I am wondering when I should use a comma instead of a colon? For the first question, can't we also use a colon since it connects an independent and dependent phrase? I might have misunderstood.

    BTW, I appreciate the effort to create new questions. Other youtubers just take the collegeboard ones, so it is a little repetitive to take the test and watch their vids.

    I really love this idea of not reading the question.Again,I'm scared that I will be missing out something by not reading question and then fail it in the real SAT The problem at hand is that I don't know if I can trust this your method based on the fact that you set these questions yourself (maybe) and that is why it is working for you

  • @SexyJ

    @SexyJ

    feel free to read the question before answering the question! but while actually solving, focus only on what you need. And while I do make my own questions, each question is a one to one reflection on a real College Board or Khan Academy question, so I hope you find it helpful! :D

    3:07 Hi how come you also cancel out the colon . I’m really bad at the punctuation so I’m trying to get better .Thank you

  • @SexyJ

    @SexyJ

    3 ай бұрын

    Really late reply but colon has to be that the left part has to be a finished thought. Here, the stuff with the proclaiming could be moved to the beginning of the sentence like this "Proclaiming that ____, Confucius ___. In that case, we cannot use a colon.

  • @SexyJ

    @SexyJ

    3 ай бұрын

    Or an easier rule! -ing at the end of a sentence is always joined to the previous part with a comma. The SAT does NOT use a colon for that purpose.

    How do I answer vocabulary questions if I don't know most of the words, and those I know are not the correct answer for sure? Also, is Prninceton Review free practice test questions harder than the actual SAT? I gave Bluebook test 1 and got 740, but on PR I got only 630 :(

  • @SexyJ

    the difficulty depends on the person taking it really. for the vocab questions you don't know, decide if the word should be positive, negative, or neutral, and then pick the choice that just feels like it fits that category.

    just timestamps for each part of your video. For example. the first part which is, let's say, 3 minutes long you put a timestamp from 0:00-3:00 saying it's "this topic", and continue the cycle @@SexyJ
