From what I've heard there is a ranked system but it's hidden. The better you do the more likely you are to be put into lobbies with people close to your skill level.

@@twirox1662 Preach! I've lost many times due to being attacked at the start of the track. It's very difficult to recover when there are people as good as you in the race but who managed to escape the hazards and get too far.

Unlocking tropy is a nightmare (I hate that they're forcing us to do these time trail when it was a code to unlock all of the characters including trophy in the original game)(They need to add a tutorial on how to maintain blue fire)
