Yeah, never thought that kinda loop was possible! Purple popped off like they had the heart of the cards. That legit feels heartbreaking to watch, much more so to feel.

@@redskarr it may be scripted but they do a great job at showing off the possibilities of deck and the combos. Most card players know there are many variables that can change every match.

Holy crap that Lillithmon, Jack's Raid and Zwart combo was insanity.

It works well because promote being able to rush , you could do the same thing in English now with Anubis but you need Anubis on board when playing the combo

Jack Raid is so good. Had all 4 in my hand at one point and 19 cards in my trash, so I got 7 memory for nothing.

Problem with Jack Raid is when you get stuck with multiples in opening hand. I've had more than once with an Anubismon/Lilithmon deck when I bricked due to that.

At 6:23 Paddy made a mistake. Majiramon's effect is to discard the top Evolution source from 1 Digimon and he discarded the one at the bottom. Not a big deal, but just pointing that out.

It actually was a big deal because it lost him the game. If he would have trashed the Demimon then the Titamon player would have had no blocker meaning Azulongmon would have won with 2 attacks with Security Attack +3

Blue: ok I've got this, he's got 3 memory he can't stop my play with 3 memory. Purple: 3 memory won't work, what if I just used 30 this turn. Yeah that might work

That final turn was insane! It’s absolutely wonderful how much a game can turn on a dime with this card game.

That lilithmon combo was nuts!

There needs to be a term for the purple comeback combo attack, it reminds me alot of the "green tide" in Warhammer when the orcs comeback in waves

That comeback at the end for purple is crazy. That some good plays.

That was pure insanity to watch Jacks Raid get played over 6 times in 1 turn

I could hear the the passionate duelist theme music once purple final turn came it was epic

that was insane, like you'd expect that kind of last turn madenss from Yugioh LOL

2:07 slight misplay with Hexablaumon attack and resolving his effects. When he began resolving Hexa's effect on attack, he has to finish resolving the whole effect before moving onto another effect. So Hexablaumon shouldn't have gained [Jamming] during that attack. Ultimately, it was a simple matter of changing the order of resolving the skills rather than a full misplay. Protagonist should have used the Tamer skill to trash2 sources, drawn off the Lv2 skill, then trashed another 2 using Hexa's skill to gain the full effects.

Hey just wanted to say I love watching your videos. Normally I play videos like this in the background while I work on other things, but your videos are so engaging and entertaining. I learn a lot about deck synergies and combos. I look forward to more when you get access to the next set. Thank you for all these great matches!

I dont play digimon TCG but I love seeing that long combo in the end... feels like playing yugioh and performing a very long combo. And that graveyard usage XD

Paddy: I play Jacks Raid to gain 2 memory Then I play a second Jack's raid to gain 2 memory Then I digivolve to lilithmon to pick up Jack's raid Then I play Jack's raid which will then let me play Jack's raid, which activates lilithsmon effect to gain 2 memory. Protagonist: What!?!? then (You'll never see this coming) I play Jack's raid to gain 2 memory and win the match (after repeating the above for a second time) *Not even kidding this episode was a pot of greed meme*

20 memory gained in the last turn.. (counting the 1 memory gained from memory being set back to 3). That was awesome!!!

Quick question since I never played the game. When you pay the cost to activate an effect, if the effect does nothing are you still allowed pay the cost (i.e. at 5:00 Paddy returned a card to his hand to delete an unsuspended digimon. There was no such digimon)? In other tcgs like yugioh and pokemon if an effect does nothing you can't activate it to begin with (so you can't pay the cost either). Is it different for Digimon? Just wanted confirmation. Thanks!

Paddy it seems you misplayed at 5:00 with Zwarts Skill. It deletes a unsuspended monster but cprotagonist monster was actually suspended(tapped/resting/sideways) so you wouldnt have been able to actually delete that monster.

Think there was a misplay when Hexeblaumon attacks and he resolved the when attacking before using the duo tamer. After when attacking resolves, there are no digimon with no evolution sources so he wouldn't gain jamming. Should have used duo tamer first to then get jamming from when attacking effect. Not that it mattered in that particular instance.
