So wholesome dude! I am lucky to have spots just like that near my home to visit. Taking the family and vpets on these peaceful trips makes great moments. So cool to see you rockin' that classic Ver. 5. My kid's just finished a few runs of their 20th's and we did a battle tournament (I lost). They are going to start them up again while camping next month. But I'm like you, always having a few going at once at all times :)

Great video bud 👏 Good to see you & the girls enjoying Newstead, it's a great spot for family days out 😁 Glad you're getting good use out of those figures. Thanks to you I'm making solid progress on the Gabumon X deck. Hopefully I'll be ready for a card battle before long 🤞 I just need to remortgage the house to get a hold of some those Kenji drawn MetalGarurumon cards 😅 As for a new feature for a future v-pet release, I'd love to see an upgrade to the quest mode, to make it more of a story mode. With different stages having varying backgrounds & maybe even dialogue boxes for the stage bosses. New eggs or evo' lines could be unlocked along with items & backgrounds + maybe the stages could be randomly generated so everyone has a unique experience, perhaps tied to how your raising your Digimon.

I wish to leave a little funny story here, now that I see that your daughter is raising a Minervamon: 5 years ago, bandai released a voting contest to let fans choose which digimons would get an x-antibody. A youtube chanel ("Re World: D") made the joke to organize all of latinoamerica to vote for the less favorite digimon: Minervamon. Soon the hastag "Hail Minerva" became massive and thousands of people in LATAM joined to vote. The result was that Minervamon ended in second place. From that moment, Korean comunity is asking Bandai to not let LATAM people to participate in future projets. To us this is hilarious... amazing and hilarious.

I just want Digimon to start resembling more modern iterations of Tamagotchi. Larger screens in color with more detailed sprites. More than one minigame for training, a form of currency you can use at shops to buy things for your digimon, accessories, new enclosures ( AKA backgrounds ), power ups, and it would be nice to game-ify it a little, have locations you can visit and maybe find items or encounter NPCs, some friendly ones and some hostile ones. And online would be good too. I just don't want devices with DLC like the Tamagotchi Uni unless you can can store all the DLC on the device instead of just one at a time.

I had a thought where the background is relevant. Like, the device has 1 main rookie, and then each background is associated with another rookie. Unlocking backgrounds comes from completing certain stages in adventure. The idea being it’s an actual adventure, starting out in a field and then moving to the coast and later an industrial area and finally an icy area. Maybe the field adventure locks at a certain stage until you get to a stage in the coast to replicate backtracking. Since this means it would be a color device, there can also be more recolored Digimon. Like, the coast background’s rookie is ModikiBetamon instead of just Betamon. While conceptualizing it, I figured they would focus on the Digimon World games and their locations, and that there would be a pair of devices with Agumon and Gabumon as the main rookies based on their role in the original World game, but that their “correct” lines would be unique. Each device would have its own backgrounds, and connecting them would unlock one of those backgrounds in the other so that the main Digimon can digivolve differently. Like Gabumon’s device unlocks the industrial area where he can now digivolve to Dorulumon, JaegerDorulumon, and ZeedGarurumon instead of the device’s normal unique-to-Gabumon route involving Leomon or something.
