Best video on internet till now wow thanks sir
I don’t know how long ago this was made. I had knee replacement surgery and didn’t have near the problems she had. I went home day of surgery. Yes there was pain involved. I slept pretty well and did sleep in my bed. I did require a lot of help for over 6 weeks. It does take time to recover for sure. I’m at 4 months post surgery. I have met all the requirements that Physical Therapy stress. That being said, I am still in therapy to continue my mobility and strength. Everyone is different and Some do better than others. So far I’m pretty happy with the surgery decision.

Does the stomach have to digest all the food in order to expel it, or can it expel the digested food while the undigested food remains inside it?
@TheNotedAnatomist
5 ай бұрын
It can move food along that is not totally digested. In fact, that is the norm as majority of food is digested in the duodenum

Great🙂
I have a big doubt about the absorption of anything directly in the stomach. Despite the fact that all the medical literature says that there is a primary absorption of nutrients, a sound mind and analysis of the processes occurring in the stomach tells us that this cannot be. Turning on the logic, we evaluate the process taking place there - the stomach secretes acid and then the substance - ENVELOPING THE SURFACE OF THE STOMACH - to protect against this acid. All food in the stomach is mixed with acid (from which the stomach is protected) So now how can an acid cocktail be absorbed if there is an acid barrier?
I am teaching at a nursing programme and find your video really useful. I would like to ask you if I could share it on our teaching platform for students to be able to watch it. Thanks and great job :)

why is the position of the liver at 22:57 upside down?
@TheNotedAnatomist

It’s as if you were looking at the liver from the view of the feet. In other words, that’s the inferior or visceral surface of the liver.
