You must forget the sound of the letter in English first. These two sets actually quite different in both sound and mouth/ tongue position, but don't worry. When you getting more time with Chinese it will coming easier.🤗

I can finally do Q and X but they are even tougher than z (=dz) and c (=ts) q=tqch and you really blow a lot of air on it. x= hsh or hs. I still have no idea which is more correct I hear chinese speakers saying x both ways. also really blow a lot of air on this one. Both these start and finish with blowing air you should be exhaling the entire time when saying these two. God I hope i'm even halfway right because neither of these sounds exist in any European language.

When you pronunce zhi & chi. The air coming out from your mouth is much stronger when you pronunce chi, and the shape of your mouth is a little bit rounder and pull your lips out a little bit more.

j is like english j zh is like french g as in mirage fromage garage some of the -age words in english are french loan words (probably most) so you do have the zh sound in english as exemplified here. zh also exists commonly in Russian so look for Russian words or place names you know General Zhukov for example
