God bless you my brother! I am also a teacher (maths). I am kind, encourage my students, but I am very strict. I tell them the rules on the first day of school. "Speak and act respectfully", "No talking when I am talking." , etc. If anybody talks when I talk, I stop talking and wait until they are quiet or say, "Hey, no talking" :-)

Then we have the kind that will throw whatever she's holding at you and shout "I'm tired of you". They get so angry you'll swear they will kill you. 😂😂
