I always love how educational you are with your clients. I wish I had your services out where I live. Instead, having my car serviced is just sending it into a blackbox where it goes into a shop and then comes back out either fixed or with some laundry list of "issues" they want to tack on.

Charging low to get your name out there is a very smart marketing move. Once very well established, said individuals can charge fair higher amounts. Overcharging on a first customer will never build trust. If you rly need the money. Take on more jobs and charge as much as someone who can out preforme you. See how far you can take your small business with that state of mind. Professionalism is key to longevity in client trust.

Yes she got the yoga pants discount but the lip biting and leg crossing shows she was having a little repairman fantasy of her own.

I think she went in and put on the tightest pants she owns and a little more revealing top. House calls like these can really put a marriage to the test. Especially when the woman's bedroom is merely thirty feet away. My uncle was an HVAC guy who worked residential that happened to look like Justin Timberlake's twin(no joke!), not to mention, he's quite a charming fellow as well. It was amazing how women would scurry off to change their clothes and doll up while he repaired their A/C. They'd come back all prettied up, making sure he got their phone number, thinking they'd have half a chance. Little did they know, he had a beautiful Italian supermodel looking wife waiting for him at home.

As someone who used to a lot of house calls, I concur. It can be very, very, tough, especially with the single women.

I'm assuming he's sticking to a first quote, thinking the support brackets would be the easy top ones...turns out its a whole support system and he didn't want to change his price. I think customers sometimes have the parts waiting for him. So its labor. But even so that turned into a 300.00 easily.(for labor) ....lucky didn't have to remove condenser lines too.

It’s so weird watching these videos and seeing so many people I know. I didn’t know he was in Tulsa until I saw a video where he was fixing a car for one of my high school friends. I’ll definitely be sending everyone I know your way when they need it!

100.00? Dude I work on everything. Literally fix cars ,equipment, drywall, home repair, TV brackets, broken valve spring...etc charge 75.00 to show up and the 1st hour. Then 30.00hr after that.. nobody can complain and very reasonable. I bet that took you 5 hrs? That's $195.00 in Norman Oklahoma. Texas? Probably $100.00 start and $50.0hr California 250 start and 100.00 hr.

I never remove the radiator lines i just unbolt the radiator and everything else and just slide the core support away just to save time. May not work on all models but if it's too hot or cold it could save you some suffering.
