I was the mature friend in several former friend groups, i was disliked for being neutral in our disputes. Would be forced to choose sides. Was mocked for acting like a parent. So being mature isn't greatly appreciated lol

but notice how in the video, there’s a difference between being relentlessly neutral and being mature? if there’s someone very clearly in the wrong, being neutral definitely does NOT make you mature. It just makes you a coward.

Mature one is the best. Neutral is second best. Fake is the worst and the real one is the second worst. Mature people get over it or get it done. Neutral people don't need to pick sides and let it be and want to stay out of it from all parties. Fake people you can't trust them with anything and lastly being "real" basically makes a small problem even bigger and you look like the jackass who made something out of nothing but at least you care about your friend.
