Hi guys, I just had to make another abstract acrylic painting, but different and with negative space. It was too minimal and yes there is the triangle again 😉! I am very happy I made this, now I know ho with looks like for real instead only in my head, haha!! I would love to hear your opinion on this one.

I am using here winsor & newton Galleria and Amsterdam acrylic paint, a catalyst wedge, palet knife, flat brushes and squeeze bottles.

I am an abstract painting addict, without a doubt. Playing with colors, testing out new art techniques, brands, sizes & collaborating with other abstract (fluid) artists; is the best. Since I started this journey I feel more balanced in my work and passion. If you see these painting tutorials and feel like, this is something for me: go for it! The fun thing about acrylic abstract painting is, that even though you do exactly the same, the outcome is different everytime. Also everybody has a different view of composition, colorcombinations and the way of doing a technique, what makes and keeps it so interesting to watch. I like the idea...but I think if the negative space had been in a soft companion color rather than the stark white the outcome would have been much different.... Like your videos 🌷thanks for sharing....look forward to seeing them....

Different from the others, yes, but still definitely Rinske Douna in style. I love the crispness of the straight lines - and I never, ever, thought I'd be writing that! - and the softness of the central pattern but then, while I love a wild garden, I also love flowers growing over the edges of a straight path softening it. Always a pleasure to watch, except that whenever I watch a painting at higher than normal speed my brain tries to convince me I should be painting that fast when I pick up a brush!
