It was explaining in the video. If you watched the video you would know that voltage is not considered when a designer specifies a class.
Airplane electronic is on class 2 but air traffic control, black box and military is class 3.
Class dismissed!
Please help clarify class 3. On a axial resistor color band what is the percentage missing band would be acceptable for class three?
