I still don't understand the difference

The difference is very simple, with the Paltung Chagi the instep is the stepping surface, it is different with the Dollyo Chagi, the ball of the foot is the hitting surface. It is sometimes difficult to see when executing quickly. I hope it helps you!

@@tkd-coach-seza so dollyo chagi is more like a push? Cause I try to do it correctly but I'm unable. I only do paltung chagi.

both kicks are snap kicks. A tip: when doing the Paltung Chagi, simply lift your toes, don't let them down. Then it should work, you'll see.
