I had the privilege of working with David on a project that comprised on good number of windows and doors, both aluminium and uPVC. ExactIy as I was thinking, the aluminium has very high thermal conductivity - in fact about 7 times higher than steel... so that thermal barrier in the middle is a really great idea. I have to say I know David personally and I can tell without a doubt: you will hardly ever find a more honest and trustworthy person.
