Mam suppose agar hum dono gram positive and negative bacteria par crystal voilet daldetaa ha or after that agar hum usa washe karta ha Toh huma dekhna ko milra hi ki kuch cells par abhi bhi crystal violet present ha toh um cells ko hum gram negative bolta ha . Is this right mam plz reply
