AlexanderWachsmann Capricorn / Saturn is actually a very strong and enduring planet. So as long aa I use my energy and wisely, I find it to be a positive. But depression ( a common Capricorn trait ) always haunts and sneaks up on me. As long as I balance, I'm good.

I am a Pisces (sun and moon) with my ascendant as cancer. However, my dominant planet is Mars and dominant sign is Aries! Definitely changes how I look at my chart.

It sounded like you were detailing a psychological profile on your friend..made me wonder how this would benefit a psychiatrist’s patients if they had their birth chart and understood the information you are presenting here...my guess would be it would help tremendously more so than just talking in circles with patients and throwing medication at them. My chart ruler is Pluto, dominant planet is Pluto, and it is placed on the 29 degree libra (so nearly right on libra/Scorpio cusp) in my 12th house...so what would your quick analysis or take be on that? And also, being scorp rising, mars would also be my chart ruler or co-ruler right? My mars is in Virgo

AdamRising yes i want to be a psychologist and ive always believed that astrology is the way to really dig into a persons soul and figure them out, why they do everything they do why they have these problems , it really is the answer for that field of work

I heard the 29th degree is special you undergo growth and transformation in that planet n sign so the fact that its in the planet of destruction and transformation itself seems intense also the fact its in scorpio (also transformation destruction rebirth etc) in 12th house which is about things related to subconcious intuition spirituality.. but also a lot of death and rebirth themes but more neptune, "represents freedom of soul from shackles of wordly attachments" maybe a lot of growth transformations pertaining to things in that area? A lot of personal growth within the mind and soul

Love this video. Love that you said you are doing Placidus. I kinda wondered as I heard things that were not whole sign. My chart, Pisces Sun Libra Moon Sagittarius AC. I am (pun intended) huge Jupiter dominant followed by venus and mercury. And I have Libra and Sagittarius fairly tied and then Aries😂.

My chart ruler and dominant planet are also Mercury, which is in my 12th house. My rising is Gemini. Hmm.. still learning all of this so I appreciated this information! What you said about having Mercury dominance definitely seemed to fit me. My dominant sign is Scorpio. (Sun in Taurus, Moon in Scorpio)

Dominant Planets (by equal percentages) are Venus (on my Asc line in Cancer) and Moon (in Libra in the 4th) Dominant Sign by and large is Cancer and my 2nd Dominant sign is Capricorn.

Sagittarius rising, Jupiter chart ruler. Scorpio dominant, dominant planet Pluto. Also Scorpio Jupiter in my 9th house and Jupiter in 9th house. Interesting!

My Ascended is in Scorpio with Pluto in the 1st house. Planet are Moon and Pluto with moon in Sagittarius 1st house. Ascended also Sextiles Saturn (my sun ruling planet of Capricorn with Sun in the 3rd house) and is also in Capricorn. 10th house ruler is Leo whos ruler is the sun. No idea what my ruling planets (other than Pluto and Moon which are in my Ascended) or my ruling signs are. Certain on Sagittarius and Scorpio but the Sextile gets/baffles/confuses me. House uses the placidus system (which is in this video) but i'm having difficulties trying to figure it all out a bit.

Funny considering ♐ is my 2nd dominate sign but jupiter is my 3rd dominate planet. Also I have 5 placements in Sagittarius on my chart. So looking at my chart and just going by it most would probably think ♐ is my most dominant sign.. Thank goodness for astro. com lol

What about not using any house system for calculating this?

Heyy maybe someone could help me out: I have a Libra rising and i just don't really relate to it... my dominant planets are jupiter, sun and moon and my venus is in sagittarius wich makes sense because Sagittarius is one of my dominant signs and my venus is in the third house but still venus isn't really in my dominant planets? I'm confused maybe it could be that through that I just relate more to Sag instead Libra?? My third house is also ruled by Sag so maybe that's the reason but I just don't act like a Libra rising at all

This is very interesting, seeing as your Venus is in Sagittarius and your most dominant planet is Jupiter (ruler of Sag, naturally), along with Sag being 1 of most dominant signs as well - do you have any interceptions? What is your sun and moon?

Hannah's Elsewhere thanks for your answer :) my sun and moon is in Aquarius and no I don't have any interceptions and Jupiter is my 2nd strongest planet I'm sorry my Moon is the strongest but this is also confusing me because I have "only" 21% water and isn't Moon all about emotions? Or has this nothing to do with each other?

My birth chart is basically Mercury/Jupiter The 3rd place is tied up with Sun and Saturn

What if dominant planet is Jupiter and it plays through the sign of Scorpio? What does that mean? LOL

but what if your mercury has harsh aspects to mars//pluto then all of sudden you become a forceful communicator with a pack behind the punch and all of that Virgo//Aquarius crap gets blown out of the water.

Hannah did you know ? Comment about chart @ 11:40 Something called ( Sect: ) = Day and Nights charts show same thing but not identifying with sun sign . For example: If you draw a line from Ascendant to Descendant , and sun is in upper half = you identify with the sun sigh ( a day chart ) . If the sun is in lower half ( a night chart ) = you identify with the moon sign .
