Iam almost 72 yrs old I started this channel to try to get older people off the couch and enjoy there retirement lives they earned it so I am not trying to benefit from this channel only tell an honest opinion to help everyone make up there own minds on what they want and think about things so they make the right choice for themselves thanks for the comment ride safe ride free

Take out the jotter spring and throw in another disc. It's really easy

I have a few more weeks before I pull the bike out. Still 2 feet of snow in the yard. But it’s melting quick the roads are fine I could go for a ride now but I’m heading to Washington next week to meet the new grandson so I’ll get it out when I get back.

Hondas slipper clutch is not a one way bearing, it does not freewheel, if yours does something is broken. The only difference is ramps on the pressure plate, and it rarely ever slips unless you drop 4 gears and dump it. It’s literally invisible.

Hi Jim, Thank you for the 250/300 comparison, I have been curious about real “actual” differences. I ride an old XR250R that is street legal and love it! I was momentarily interested in the 300 to replace(?) the 250 for road work, but thankfully, they are never available where I live! Now, between my 250, and my 650L, i can just settle down and rest easy knowing, I have all I need! Thank you!

Well that’s kinda of why I tried to show the difference or actually the similarities in the two machines it’s almost like having two of the same machines I love them both and I am glad to own both but both are really not needed thanks for the comment ride safe ride free

I don't think you know what a slipper clutch is from that comment, it's not an automatic, it just literally slips the clutch on the downshift.
