I completed this video 2 times, it is a insightful video to know about buy side and sell side So I have questions as follows 1. I got to know from video that IB can only be sell side. Can there be only only IB on both sides to make a transaction in private placement? Can you please tell me? It can't be happen because IB does not want to share the commission on this private placement transaction. I am just confirming this that am I right What I have said before ?

Hi Vignesh, I am conscious of this fact. As far as subtitles are concerned, we have limited resources as of now to make it happen. But from next videos onwards, We will balance the language of delivery.
