I used to squeeze me spong and then i saw a video saying you shouldn’t so i havnt dont it ik years and now i see it okay again? Im confuseddd

Yes you should always fully wet the sponge and then squeeze it out on a towel I know she used a tissue but that doesn’t absorb enough water in my opinion so I always squeeze it out on a towel. You definitely don’t want a sopping wet sponge to apply foundation
