Thank you for all the information regarding interviews, it is really appreciated. I found the behind the scenes footage in the last third of the video quite interesting but it did really distract me from what you guys were saying. Talking about the feedback you give to interviewees, new grads, and your staff of dietitians and them using that to grow as dietitians. How do you guys go about getting feedback to continue to grow as dietitians? Do you seek it from dietitians more senior than yourselves?

Hi Nate, We will answer this in Dear Dietitian. But basically, we are largely responsible for our own development - and the development of each other. I have shadowed Peta, no one shadows me anymore as my client numbers are low. But we also grow a lot from shadowing all other dietitians. Pick up things they do, how they can be better, and that grows us simultaneously. More about how we do it in DD.
