ഒരു വാഹന വഞ്ചന . തലശ്ശേരി നെക്സ ഷോറൂം ഇൽ നിന്നും നാൻ ഒരു ബലേനോ ഫുൾ ഓപ്ഷൻ കാര് വാങ്ങിച്ചു. ഡെലിവറി സമയം ഞാൻ ബോഡി യുടെയും ബോണറ്റ് ന്റെയും കളർ വ്യത്യാസത്തെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു. ഇതിനെ കുറിച് ഞാൻ ഷോറൂം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് നോട്‌ ചോദിച്ചു. അത് കളർ മിസ്മാച് ആണെന്ന് പുള്ളി പറഞ്ഞു. അടുത്ത ദിവസം വന്നാൽ ശരിയാകാം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. ഡെലിവറി നടന്ന സമയം ഓഗസ്റ്റ് ഏഴ്‌ വൈകുന്നെരം ആറര മണിക്കാണ്. അങ്ങനെ വീട്ടിൽ വന്ന ഞാൻ ബോണറ്റ് തുറന്നു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ബോണറ്റ് റീപ്ലേസ് ആണെന്ന് മനസിലായി. ഞാൻ വല്ലാതെ അപ്സെറ്റ് ആയി. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് എട്ടിന് രാവിലെ നാൻ വീണ്ടും ഷോറൂം ഇലെതതി കാര്യങ്ങൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. ഒരു അപകടം കൂടാതെ ഒരു ബോണറ്റ് റീപ്ലേസ്‌മെൻറ് ചെയ്യില്ല എന്ന് എനിക്കറിയാവുന്ന പോലെ എല്ലാര്ക്കും അറിയാവുന്ന കാര്യം ആണ് . പക്ഷെ ഷോറൂം ഇലെ ആരും ഇത് അംഗീകരിക്കാന് തയ്യാറായില്ല. അവസാനമായി അവരുടെ ക്വാളിറ്റി മാനേജർ വന്നു ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തു ബോണറ്റ് മാറിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് സമ്മതിച്ചു. എന്നിട് പുള്ളി എന്നോട് ക്ഷമ ചോദിച്ചിട് കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് ആകരുതെന്നും ജോലി പോകുമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് പുള്ളി യുടെ ജോലി കളയാനൊന്നും ആഗ്രഹമില്ല. എനിക്ക് എന്റെ നഷ്ടം നികത്തണം അത്ര മാത്രം. എന്നിട്ടും കാർ മാറ്റി തരാൻ അവർ റെഡി ആയില്ല. അങ്ങനെ നാൻ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പോയി കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു. പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ കാർ മാറ്റിത്തരാൻ പോലീസ് അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു. Terrible Dealer (Extreme Fraud) I have booked baleno full option and I got delivered a car with replaced Bonet. I have noticed the colour change between bonet and rest body and spoke to executive regarding this paint mismatch. He said it's ok we will paint and give you on next working day. I was ok with him. Then I went home and just opened the bonet and realised that it's bonet has been replaced before the delivery. I really got upset because if they had replaced the bonet it must had an accident for sure. Simply nobody replace any part of the body. Next day of delivery i went to showroom and spoke to their team. Initially they are ready to accept this. After sometime they said they will replace the bonet and give you. But I am not ready for this because i am damn sure it had an accident. So i requested to replace the car and give new one. But they are not ready to do this. Even their quality person (PDI) come and said sorry and telling like his job will be on risk if I go further process. But they were not ready to replace the car. Then I went thalassery police station complaint to police. Police directly called them and warn them to replace the car immediately on another working day.

വാഹനം നേരിൽ കണ്ട് Engine number & chassis number നോക്കി , Making year and month ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തി ... വാഹന ത്തിന്റെ അടിവശം തുരുമ്പ് ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് നോക്കി Battery പുതിയത് ആണോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തി , Quality check പാസാകിയതിന്റെ showroom certificate റ്റും വാങ്ങി , സാദിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ car insurance show room ൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങാതെ പുറത്ത് പൊതുമേഖല insurance കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്ന്( 4 എണ്ണം ഉണ്ട് under Government sector) എടുത്ത് വാഹനം വാങ്ങുന്നത് ഉത്തമം...

I've BS4 titanium plus petrol and it has syn3 which supports android auto. But BS6 variant has Ford pass that is indeed a very good infotainment system which I felt better than sync3.

ഒരു കാര്യം അറിയാനുണ്ട്: എനിക്ക് മൈലേജ് ഉളതും ,യാത്ര സുഖം ഉളതും മായ ഒരു വാഹനം പറഞ്ഞ് തരണം ,ഒരു മാസം നാല് തവണ കമ്പനി ആവശ്വങ്ങളായി ബ്ലാഗൂര് പോയീവരുന്നുണ്ട് ഇപ്പോ നടക്കുന്നില്ല, മൂന്ന് വർഷം കൊണ്ട് വാഹനം യാതൊന്നിനും കൊള്ളില്ല, അതുപോലെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്, എത്തിയോസ് പ്ലാറ്റിനം ആണ് നിലവിൽ ഉളത്, മാറ്റാൻ പോവുകയാണ്, City C vt നല്ല അഭിപ്രായം പറയുന്നുണ്ട്, cvt യുടെ ചെറിയ ലാഗ്ഗ് ഉണ്ട് പിന്നെ മൈലേജ് കുറവാണ് 18 ലക്ഷം വിലവരുന്നുണ്ട്, പരമാവധി ഉപയോഗിക്കുക അതിന് ശേഷം കൊടുക്കുക ഇതാണ് നിലവിൽ ,18 ലക്ഷം കൊടുത്താൽ മൊതലാവില്ല അനുശോജ്യമായ വാഹനം നിർദേശിക്കാമോ??
