It's quite rare to witness a man embrace both vulnerability and maturity simultaneously. It's genuinely authentic.

Sabi nga nila, you become the person that you badly needed as a child. Thank you Kuya Diego for choosing to understand your parents and for being honest about your pain. For choosing to try to shield your child from the suffering you yourself didn’t choose to have. That’s generational healing right there ❤

This is by far my favorite conversation here. I mean, Diego is like a boy version of mine. I also grew up in a broken family, like my mom raised us alone. She also sacrifices a lot for us. My dad was nowhere physically, emotionally, or even financially. I grew up questioning everything with anger. I remember my darkest days during my teenage years. I was a pain in my mother's ass, but as I grow older, I understand things little by little. I've learned so much from my past, which is why I do agree that life experience is one of the best teachers. Anyway, I've learned a lot from this conversation. Since I was a teenager, I have admired Diego, and it makes me proud to see him like this; he is now a living inspiration in my eyes. You did well, Diego! I wish you happiness, peace, and success!

I can relate to Diego. Everything he said holds true to someone who is raised by a single parent and seeing couples around separating. Yung pananaw mo sa marriage/wedding becomes like that, hindi ka naman magiging hater but you will side more with practicality and reality. Nagiging nakakatakot yung idea niya kumbaga. Lalo na nakikita mo na dumarating lagi sa point na nagkakaubusan ng pasensya sa isa't isa at nagkakasakitan. Nasasaktan ka na, tapos mahihirapan ka pa makipag hiwalay😄.
