Make no mistake about it. Dancers are athletes--period. The strength of both male and female dancers is based on lengthy training and, believe me, many mistakes as the process continues. But after years of practice, they master their craft.

The strength and grace in this is absolutely stunning. Having just gotten into straps recently, I can fully appreciate how much pain these performers are in throughout the whole routine. And yet you don't see a twinge. Even when you're both on the ground it still looks like you're flying. Beautiful!
