I have a four foot one. She goes out in the shade in the summer. This year she had 3 spathes, guess she loves her staycation ! 😍

Mine isn’t looking great after about 6 weeks. I moved it to a slightly bigger pot as the pot was much nicer. Since then it doesn’t look the same.

I have troubles with this plant. Last leaves turning yellow while new ones come out. Why is that?

I read in a comment somewhere that it sucks the nutrients out of one leaf (making it yellow) to provide it to the new growing leaf. Idk how true that is

If your dieffenbachia has thin matte texture leaves then it like consistently humid soil (not wet) and medium light (dappled in morning)…it also might benefit from humidity like a bathroom or kitchen environment… If it has smooth or leathery leaves then it likes to dry out in between watering (not for too long though) and then a good thorough watering. Medium to bright indirect sun but never direct sun or it will burn. Dieffenbachias are prone to spider mites so keep the leaves clean! Trust me it’ll save you a lot of drama. Hope this helps!
