In the 1960s there was a duo called the Righteous Brothers I remember one of the Brothers had a deep soulful voice like his so I went and listened to them and nothing compares to this guy but he had the same effect on people ❤

He is saying „alter“. Aaalta! Alt means old. An Alter is an old guy. And it’s also an expression of amazement. Like wow. They are impressed and lucky seeing the arena where they will play that evening and where they have sold each ticket.

What exactly is he saying about 1/3 in as he is walking away from the camera. I am sure it is something perfectly fine but to a non German speaker it sounds very wrong indeed. :)

You mean first Severin, then Christopher? They say Alter. Or colloquially: Aaalda!😊 Alt means old. An Alter is an old person. The last generation used to say alter Schwede (old Swedish guy) but now this is what’s left and it’s an expression of admiration. Like wow! But you can also provoke us saying alter if you jump in front of our bike out of nowhere. Then in a shocked and reproachful manner.
