Didier Queloz: “There is no age for being clever!” - Nobel Prize in Physics 2019

If you had the chance to meet a Nobel Laureate, what would you ask? High school student Jin Manlai met Didier Queloz to talk about life, science and career choices. Besides discussing these topics, Jin was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of Queloz's Nobel Prize medal that he just picked up minutes before their meeting.

Listening to overwhelming advice on life, career, and above all the sciences always stimulates me! It is right to say that there is no necessity to plan everything beforehand and it is better to let the science go in life journey, eventually, it pays worthwhile!

I'm Curious too and it is my problem also. Sometimes I have sleepless night because questions and answers flourish at night. I have written on my journal but don't have a gut on sharing, maybe someday hoping I will have. This conversation inspire me. Having knowledge that this channel exist, I now have another great source of wisdom.

Don't go into biotechnology - it's oversaturated and there are too few opportunities If I were to start again (in Neuroscience now) I would have gone into engineering. You can do anything with it, whereas you're pigeon holed with a biomed degree Best of luck!
