Biggie himself only endorsed Jayz as a competitor peer, no other NY rapper got endorsed by biggie. He even wanted to do an album with jayz. There was big mutual admiration between them. So it is very believable that Biggie copied certain things from jay’s reality. Because jay was actually really living that hustler lifestyle before Jay became mainstream famous.

They copied yet Mr. Carter has countless Biggie verses imbedded in several songs across several Albums. Jay copied Nas and Biggie style. Jay rapped like the fuschnickens in 1992 Original Flavors. Jay even stole his name from "Jaz" before he was popping. Nobody checked for Jay when Biggie was alive and rapping nor even knew about him outside of New york city. Stop this sir

So they were clearly tryin to be like Bad Boy. All that “they were copying our lifestyle” is hilarious. Especially since when BIG started blowing up nobody even wanted to sign JayZ or talk to Dame and they weren’t even on anyone’s radar Lol.

Puff, Big, Tupac, Suge, Ice Cube, Bobby Brown, Keith Sweat spent a lot of time in Atlanta and adopted the Versace suits, canes, Kangols, and fedora hat style that was popular. The Big Poppa chorus he even said he got from Outkast. Throw your hand in the air if yous a true player was a popular chant in Atlanta clubs. Cee-Lo was one of Biggies favorite rappers too. Dame's talking like he's on Angie Martinez or Hot 97. Dame Dash contributed to hip hop for 15 yrs a solid 15 yrs with Roc-A-Fella. After that he burned out and went bonkers. Most lost respect for him and he burned so many bridges. 20 yrs later he's still bitter. He feels he should be a billionaire and/or calling the shots. Instead he gets interviewed about his past when he was on top. I just wish he wasn't bitter about everyone. Lol
