This is why statute of limitations should not be applicable for cases such as this one. Paying for the video to hide what occurred is evidence tampering, and obstruction of Justice in itself. This mfka needs to be brought to Justice.

Because Diddy viloated her rights before that civil suit. That is up to the DA in Southern NY to decide that. As well as her legal team. At the least this video is part of a mountain of evidence being gathered against Diddy to build a profile of his character. Including Rico charges, sex trafficking, transporting a minor across state lines for sex trafficking possibly money laundering as well. No, the statute of limitations does not vindicate Diddy.

Money can help these victims have access to therapy and health services. Many Prosecutors will not take cases of sex abuse victims because they are not Guaranteed a win. Civil cases are the only other option for some restitution.

However it would still not reverse the visual evidence that Sean Combs abused a human both physically and mentally. As human beings, let’s stop defending the indefensible.

He apparently broke Kim Porter's nose on a yacht and it was so bad she needed plastic surgery to fix it. He also allegedly beat and stomped an ex girlfriend so bad she had a miscarriage. People are mad that he hasn't been arrested and is still walking free after the Cassie video being released., but had someone ANYONE of his alleged victims reported his abuse when it happened, he would have been publicly shamed and thrown in jail a long time ago.

Diddy is done he crashed his own career.

Maybe she should have gotten away from this animal, why stay there! Some stay for the money, or she was afraid?

The tape just got released. Diddy Bribed Hotel Security with $50k to wipe the security footage. Looks like someone kept a copy tried to extort him for more money he said no so they leaked it and it is being perceived much worse than he could imagine in 2024. Hitting a woman in a public place on camera and reposted all over the internet, news and social media is career suicide.
