Are there issues with apple pay (my purchase form more than a week ago was canceled this week)? What do you recommend as the preferred method of payment?

Hi Shirin, I responded to your other comment as well. There are no issues with Apple pay but the issue was that the phone number was incomplete (required by shipping company) and the mailing address could not be verified. I tried to get in touch with you and emailed you 3 times with no response and after waiting about 5 business days I had no choice but to cancel your order and refund you. Please email me directly if you want to chat about it. Also please note that this is my personal small business, not a large corporation, that means that I carefully and personally package all orders from start to finish and personally get in touch with anyone if there are any issues with the order or mailing address.

Dubai smells like something from Mansera/Montale London - Arabians tonka from Montale

I only have the Magnificently Dubi is my favorite and yes I can smell that citrus you mentioned.

I adore santal 33 and it’s soooo expensive so I’m def gonna pick this up!

They just released Captivatingly Paris! Notes of pear, rose, and musk. Kind of want to try that one, sounds like Narciso Rodriguez vibes

Jo Malone herself hasn't had anything to do with the Jo Malone company for years now. They're just using her name.

our taste is quite the same! the first time i tried this collection i was not impressed. then as i went back home there was this citrusy jo malone-ish smell that sticked on my mask. figured out it was either new york, shanghai or tokyo. positive it was shanghai!!

On my skin, once Dubai dried down it smelled very similar to Shaghaf Oud Swiss Arabian

I saw a previous review of this line before but I was not interested in that. Your review is much more better and way more intriguing. Now I want this collection and I am really interested in the Dubai one. Thank you Yana, pregnancy really suits you 💜

I totally agree with your review about DUBAI. It's pretty unique and interesting scent. I like too VENICE, LONDON and NEW YORK. I have to try again TOKYO. But there's one that couldn't tested because they didn't have in stock, and that's SHANGHAI

Fashionably London smells nothing like Delina. Not all the rose perfumes smell like it, so if you are buying it as you think it is a dupe - please dont. It has absolutely, zero, nada, no similarities at all. Take it from someone who owns both.

It's the dry-down on the skin that is getting people to associate it with Delina Exclusif. It's not a dupe, but could be seen as a flanker with a similar DNA. I've noticed that smelling ANY Zara perfume from a bottle or blotter doesn't give the full-rounded scent of their fragrances. I also think Zara perfumes need to macerate for a few months before you start seeing resemblances. And of course, always test on skin, bc body oils can change the chemistry of a perfume. I also notice that certain people become anosmic to certain scents they own, so there's also that to consider as well.

I love the Dubai and the longevity is great

Interesting that you mentioned how long it lasts. Definitely chapter1 and 3 do not last long except rose gourmand and golden decade. But chapter4.... bohemian oud lasts on me in the Singapore humid heat 😁

What a great review! I love the Jo Malone x Zara line. I own the Waterlily Tea Dress that I only wear in spring x summer. I’m dying to try Creatively Shaghlani. Sounds interesting!

@@missGigi14 Waterlily Tea Dress has a lot of Lillies. It’s a lavender family type scent. Best worn during spring and summer. Definitely not a fall and winter scent.

My favorite one is Elegantly Tokyo

Omg thanks to you i bought the whole collectors set half/half with my mom cause half of scents suits me and half duits my mom aaaand also emotions set and i cannot actually beleive how much i love it, only used designer perfumes till now, never thought zara would be able to amaze me. Jackpot! ❤️

Shanghai and Seoul sound like ones I want to try. They’d be different for me.

I liked Elegantly tokyo and it gave me similar vibes like gucci bloom.

Personally, I think Dubai is like Nishane Ani, if it was an EDT concentration. Coz Dubai is way more sparkling, sharp and typical of a lighter consistency. Whereas Ani is thicker and oilier. So yeah, if Ani had an EDT, it would be Dubai with some added leather and nutmeg.

Magnificent Dubai is very similar to “Halfeti” by Penhaligon’s.

A lot of the Jo Malone brand scents were not designed by Jo Malone, though, as the brand doesn't belong to her anymore. Anyway, I love Boldly Seoul on my clothes way more than on my skin.

Paris recently came out. Can you do a review of that please?

I am very new to fragrance world, but once I smelled Tauer- L'air Du Desert Marocain and there was this sharp "aftershave" note in it that I remembered immediately when I smelled Magnificently Dubai ;) But I don't know, maybe my brain is playing with me :)

I always layer Zara perfumes and the OG's to extend the performance of the fragrance

im looking for a review on Cities In TULUM but I cant find one. Someone recommended this one to me but I cant find a review of it. I thought it was from this same line. Maybe it came out after? Nice vid though thanks.

I hv loved many of the Zara x Jo Loves; WLTD & Vetiver Pamplemousse were lovely; so am mad to try these - but the Boldly Seoul, hm.. I want to try it, bc I love e S Korea, love Seoul (but not just Seoul, obv) - thing is, I love violet sometimes, but; I rlly hate mimosa.. Ugh... EA Beauty is a "green/fresh" scent but the mimosa in it is vile. Certain Guerlain florals hv a load of mimosa, & again.. ouf, no. So am not sure, Arlene (Delicious Delights) says B Seoul is her favourite.. What to do..?!🙊💜(Does this hv tonka in the base, the same, but more so than Mimosa & Cardomom?!)

Zara already had a Aqua Universalis clone in Poplin Shirt.

Dubai is my favourite I bought 3 bottles in case they discontinue 🙈

The dry down and once it sets I can see the comparison to delina exclusif it’s not exact but it’s sweetness resembles it. I loved it at first applying it, it wasn’t my favorite but once it sets

I can see why you’d say that but no, AC are much truer to the actual ingredients. The orange one is a delight and much nicer to wear in the sun than anything by jo malone. FYI pampermoose in the Zara collection is superior to jo malone grapefruit

I actually love RONML a lot as well, but it’s not long lasting for the price. I think they are very similar. My favorites are London and Venice

I was SO excited to get Fashionably London because I have both Delina and Delina Exclusif full bottles and had heard people say it was a dupe. Unfortunately, the Zara scent smells nothing like either to my nose. I blind bought the full bottle and instantly regretted it. The rose is a cold yet powdery, sharp, bitter rose with a sharpness that catches the back of my nose and throat. I tried using it as a room spray but hated it so much I threw it out. It smells like the dry down of Chloe Roses de Chloe... Powdery, old, headache inducing.

I actually just wore it a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed by the performance. I could smell it on myself for most of the day. I sprayed about 6 times with a couple of those sprays on my clothing

i have only smelled gold, and i think it is good and long lasting for the price .I have compared it side by side with rich warm addictive on my arm in mall and performance is better than the latter . Cant say anything about silver . Honest opinion, sometemes i lean more towards great performance with good scent rather than poor performance with great scent. for example ;Gucci by gucci pour homme sport is so so good, that i bet you will surely like it ,without a single doubt, but it last only 3-4 hours . So compensation . Overspraying helps but not that much .

The London bottle smells nothing like Delina. The only thing they have in common is a rose note, but then again so do Chloe, L'extase, Roses Musk and they dont smell alike. Zara London is harsh and it also has a man cologne note in it. It smells like it costs 10 bucks, yeap. Go for other Zara frags, Zara Femme, for example, is a good (enough) one that doesnt smell harsh. It doesnt last, of course.
