Did you know that in Bullet Train… the main character, who was played by Brad Pitt, travels by a bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto, which is normally a 2.5-hour journey. However, in the film, the trip takes 12 hours and is referred to as an overnight train. This occurs because Americans do not understand the concept of high-speed rail.

Overnight trains do exist in japan and take around the same time as the one in the movie, but they’re a different kind of train, not a bullet train but one that has a room for each passenger with a bed
So you're saying a story about a bunch of high level assassins being manipulated by a vengeful Russian gangster has a plot hole?

Why would the concept itself invoke a plot hole?
Just because we don’t have bullet trains doesn’t mean we don’t understand them
Come now, why you gotta dis us like that. It's the screen writers

"Americans don't understand the concept of high speed rail" we understand high speed rails about as much as the Japanese understand nukes, he should've said "hollywood distorted the geography and time lines to make the story fit on 1 long train trip", dude over here talking shit like we won't drop a 3rd XD

@@spittyboii they snuck the punch in, letting them know it didn't go unrecognized. Plus excuse me for having some sense of pride for my country, wouldn't expect anyone from any country to hear shit talk about their people and just "Let it go", disrespect is disrespect. There's no "Asian hate" (don't even know how tf that came about since half the cartoons/games we grew up on are from Asian countries) here, but when they want to get loose with their words well get loose with ours. Maybe next time the one who made the video will actually blame the company that made it instead of a whole country t(-.-t).
