I’m soo disappointed l. I would have taken them around the sights. My family has been in racing since my grandfather set the world speed record in 1965. I also have family at summit racing

Restomod. Make it look close to stock. Get a modern engine. Make sure there's air. No lowering it, wagon wheels, or cutting open the hood. A daily/ weekend driver. Nothing too radical.

You should do that 57 justice & do a Complete Restore
Robbie, all 1957 Chevy's deserve a full restoration not a show restoration but a car show driver. Thanks for sharing and stay safe 👍

There are plenty of perfectly restored Tri-Fives out there. If he wants to ratrod it or do a restomod, more power to him.

Full resto-mod/pro-touring with all the creature comforts of a new car. Art Morrison chassis, new LT-1 with 8 speed trans, AC, power everything, leather interior. The works!! That 57 2dr coupe deserves the best!
Everything is there. Full restoration should be in order, add another beautiful '57 to the world!

After seeing what you guys could do with Ed's Golden Nugget, I have full faith that you have the tools and the talent to make that 57 shine like a gem again.
Can't wait to see the build on this one, but I really would love to see you and your crew do a full restoration on it. I bet you could make that car look like every teenagers wet dream.
It's so cool that you are restoring this beautiful find. My grandfather had a 57 that was salmon and white. I wish he was still here to watch you bring this beauty back to life. He loved watching your show and would be proud of the work you all do. He passed last November, so this will be an emotional watch for me, but it will bring back some good memories. And if you decide to paint the car, his favorite color was blue, the same blue in his favorite Robby Layton hat.
I think since it’s a classic and you have most of original parts, need to do it justice with custom paint like you do Robby ❤️
Full restoration would be an amazing series of videos. Also, buy the corvette. Could be fun

I bought a 78 corvette a couple years ago that sat for 24 years. It still has a 1989 Ohio highway patrol safety sticker on the windshield.
It is supper cool to see the respect your are getting from the auto enthusiast community. Seeing a good and kind bunch of regulars from the middle of America make had been a great adventure to watch. Stay humble and always be Robby (the boss can do what ever sue wants- she is the BOSS!).
This car deserves the best Robbie crew make over. This car has survived this long it deserves another 40 plus years of life.
It being what it is really deserves a full restoration, I’m excited what you turn it into
Full resto, with the rare arkus duntoff 289 motor package coupled with the floor shifter. I'm old enough to remember the model, as a friend of mine had one through his fathers dealership in Redwood City, CA. in 1957. The car was black, and the performance was awesome. Check the GM archives for the specifics on that rare model.

Absolutely a full restoration! ‘57 Chevy was my first car in high school (1966). Yeah, I know, I’m old but I love the classics.
Full restoration, custom paint, and power train. That car deserves it.
You HAVE to do a full Resto! It too nice a classic to not bring it back to the beautiful machine it once was !
Can't wait to see this rig done up. Knowing how you work, it will be a masterpiece when it's done👌
Full restoration!!! Allot of cars are “patina” finished because folks are not capable of doing the work to get them perfect. You da man. You can make it perfect!
I would say full restoration on the '57, but if it's not looking like a good candidate for it, then you should go full rat rod. Make it your own. BTW, house screen over the radiator is common in Florida during love bug season.
Keep the 57 original! The crome and curves are amazing!
WD Detailing that corvette was an awesome video! The work you put in was amazing! Can't wait to see what you do with the Chevy, Robby!
Full restoration for sure! That thing will be so beautiful once you get a hold of it in your shop!
Please do a full restoration. This car would be so sweet done all the way. I would be willing to help get it.
Rust belt retro. Summit Racing has everything to rebuild that bondo bucket from the ground up. You have to admit that this model and year - are some of the most beautiful vehicles ever created by man.
Little soap and water, some elbow grease...it will be fully restored. Long live Layton!!!
Take it home Robby and do a full restoration…original…rotisserie complete! I know you have some major projects in the works, but, this one deserves a full makeover! Buy the Vet!
You are able so do a total restoration. What a beauty.
That Bel Air should be the wifey’s nice go to town car! 👍
Full on in depth restoration. It looks like it needs some L❤️VE❣️❣️
This is a true icon of a classic. I'm sure the original owner would love to see this ole gal fully restored. Maybe with a modern suspension and motor so future generations can love it too
I have been waiting for this one. If Robby and the gang do a "Golden Nugget" restore on this car it will be a masterpiece
Full Restoration please. Bring it back to its former glory....As for the Corvette, I saw the detail portion of that ride. It screams for your touches
Let's see a total nut-and-bolt frame of resto- I am happy to see it in your hands, Robby!
Definitely my favourite car you've had on your channel. Looking forward to see more of this one.
Doesn't matter what you do with the 57 as long as you have fun! :-)
😂Robby for sure restore it. The 57s are such an iconic car it deserves the love and cherished.
Good luck, you'r gonna need it!
My first car was a 57 Chevy. I was 16 years old. The 57 Chevy was one of a very few cars that were classic when they rolled off the assembly line! Best buy you've ever made Robby. If you do a complete restoration, it will be too expensive to drive. Make it a daily driver. Fix or upgrade mechanicals (engine, brakes etc.) then an adequate paint job. That will make you a hero amongst 57 Chevy enthusiasts. Then to push it over the top... let an old man who's first car was a 57 win it in a (fixed) raffle. 😂
Awesome Robby, I hope and pray that you work your Magic on this 57 and do like you do to make it great again. TY for all the great content.
Full restoration please ,, looks awesome
Full resto for sure! They look awesome done up.
The WDD guys have crazy awesome lighting in their shop! Got to see the details !
Clean and simple will never go out of style. Repaint it in a factory color, basic reliable small block or LS, lowered on some wheels and send it down the road.
Would love to see you do a full restoration on the 57 Chevy
Make her new again. You guys have the talent to do a full restoration and she deserves it. Paint her original factory color Canyon Coral in honor of her new Utah home.
Robby, I used to work for Summit Racing in their warehouse! Great company and they have some good products! I lived 15 min from there and now live about 20 min from Cleveland and work in Cleveland! Good luck and I can't wait to see the progress on this car! and the team at Summit Racing to give you a hand!
I love 57 chevys. A full restoration would be awesome but I also like the idea of turning it into a sleeper car. I can’t wait to see what you do? You most definitely have to get the corvette. I’m a huge sucker for stingrays. That one should be a full restoration for sure.
Crazy projects! Look forward to seeing what you are going to do with it.
Full restoration. You guys are the best
I’m from Cincinnati and have been watching for over a year. Can’t wait to see you restore the 57 chev.
Full resto. This car deserves it.
Looking forward to seeing both these projects completed.
Something that complete needs to be restored! They are getting harder and harder to find in any condition. If you aren't going to restore it please sell it to someone who will. I just turned 73 and really enjoy how you young people are going to great lengths to keep wrenching. Love your channel and thanks for the great videos!!
Nice to see you in my hometown. You usually don’t find much to work with in our rust belt but it will be fun to see what you can do with the 57.
It would be sacrilegious to not make it beautiful with a full restore.
I always appreciate your judgement in deciding what is worth a complete resto vs resto mod! The '57 would be a good mod, please don't change the body style tho!
Ernie is a cool dude. Another awesome video!
Yes!!! Buy the Corvette! I'd love to watch that rebuild.
You’re gonna have to make a list and prioritize the dozen projects you have started so we know if the bruised and battered BroncStar has a shot at getting finished😂
You have a lot of projects on the go I’m loving the content ❤❤❤ if possible keep it up but don’t over exert yourself, family and friends
So wise , Thank You . Another fine project . Thank you , I would like to see more Summit Racing
She's a survivor, she deserves a full restoration to all original, also VGG could help you with the power barn and digicals
Finally, I was waiting for this video!!
Excellent video Robby....can't wait to see it get drivable....cam shots and editing were prime
The Boss did not look excited about the Stingray. But it would be uber cool to have in the fleet. So iconic.
very excited for you and the channel cannot wait to see what she will become in your hands im working on a 52 coupe sport on a mid 90s Dakota sport chassis swap lol should be fun
Hey Robby nice car, one that absolutely deserves a full restoration. You know, they don't make '57 Chevy Bellaire cars anymore. Not many in that good of original condition. I love those cars!
With the beautiful paint jobs you do I think you should totally restore it.
Full original restoration is my vote. I would love to see the vet restored also, that's a great find
Can’t wait to see you guys get this bel air running and driving. It’s one of my favorite cars.
Full Restore! you do awesome work!
I wanna see this one when it's done! Wow! What a nice car! + full restoration
Just subbed for the 57 content! Can't wait!
Looking forward to how the 57 turns out. Great video
The look on your wife's face when you said you'd have to decide who would drive back was priceless. I suspect the decision is already made! You don't call her the boss for nothing!
Yes my favorite car can't wait to see what you do with it Badass resto rod with ls and one nice paint job
I was in a wreck in a 57 Chevy in Oct 1968. I love these cars. Robby this car needs to be totally restored. Big Block and a 4 speed. It will be well worth the effort. I'll be 70 years old in a couple of months. I would hate to see this not get fixed right. If you fix it up it will blow the doors off the Charger!
Trailer it back and do a fine resto-mod! That would make a great series.

Yes modern engine and suspension with oem body. Sleeper!
How is Aiden doing? Would be great to see an update video and see how he is coping with his loss and hopefully enjoying the beautiful truck you gifted to him.
An abandoned 57 Bel Air deserves a full restoration! This is a no brainer! It needs to go to Mecum auto auctions afterwards!!!
57 Chevy's should NEVER be rat rodded. Patina build would be cool, but Custom would be Betterer. Ty for taking us along
Full restoration, of course this car needs a ton of work and it would be exspensive. I hope you git it cheap. These cars are becoming harder to find if the restoration waa done it could be kept and driven many years and sold for a big profit. If you're not willing to put in it what is needed tgen make a few videos and sell it to someone who is willing to do what the car deserves.
I'm torn... a full restoration would be awesome to watch, but an Icon Derelict style sleeper build would be really sweet too.
You got more going on then any AI would be able to keep up with. My head is exploding!
full restoration for sure, these are the best of the tri-fives
I think this car deserves a full restoration...bring it back to new!
Definitely do a full resto. And with a sweet unique colour paintjob.
Thank you just good clean fun
i am in love with that 57 chevy!!! my number 1 dream car that id sell my soul for haha I hope you make it nice with a full restoration! Such iconic cars!
Summit is the bomb!! I had a radiator come in from them damaged and they immediately shipped me a new one with the return label in the new box. Their customer service is great!!
No on the Vette! You know the old saying, "buy a Vette, go in debt. I agree with the Boss. Thanks for listening!
I wonder if the door screen was in there to keep bugs out of the radiator. Older cars in Florida had issues during bug season, gathering up so many bugs that the engine overheats. At least, that was the legend I heard.
So envious, you are in my neck of the woods.
Full restoration on the 57. As for the Corvette, that's up to you!
I vote for a resto-mod with all the bells and whistles, A/C, cruise, tilt, leather interior, disc brakes, turbo charged fuel injected engine, auto trans and a over the top Robby Layton custom paint job!
Goodness gracious! That corvette is my dream car. Lucky find!
Full rebuild and a great paint job, I was born in 57 they are my favourite Chevy.
Oh no it is a natural! It needs a full-on restoration. It needs a lot of love that is for sure. My mom loves Bel Air cars.
