Thanks Sam, I was just taking apart my, “new to me” Finnish M39 the other day, for my first time disassembling it. Before that, I’d only heard of the 2 piece interrupter/extractor. Mine came out as the older one-piece variant, (before I knew one such existed) and I was panicking that I’d lost the “other” piece, anyway, your above video explained it all, with documentation and proof. So relieved I didn’t lose a piece. *whewww*

I have several mosin nagant but did not know about the interrupter differences. Thanks!
