Kyle and lil Kathy could have held ownership and let Kim use the house until she was healthy. What would you have done with the house if you had Kyle and Kathy’s money and your sister with minor children was suffering from alcoholism and didn’t have steady money coming in only child support?

Ppl w/$$ don't necessarily have ' extra' $$ to support ppl that are having trouble staying sober. When i relspsed & needed hrlp, they gsve whar they could, but It was my responsibility to work. Wealthy ppl just have even more/bigger bills so rarely have 'extra' $$ to pay for addictive ppls lives. Help yes, but everyone eventually needs to sober up ,& pull their own weight.

@@sherriefox8838 I agree with the dangers of enabling, it’s difficult to deal with addicted family but that’s just it, it is difficult so I asked/wondered what would you do? With so much to consider Long term real assets your sister her children their long term financial security and their ability to have a stabilized home life it’s a lot to consider.

The Richard’s sisters should have let Bob live in the house for the rest of his life. I guess they learned these disgusting tactics from their mother - always about the money. I don’t have respect for them.

Yes I read her book and she really make sure to teach her daughter's specially a small kathy and Kyle. Kim work for the family when she is just a little kid. Big Kathy are W different men and her girls are into it

Kyle said on a later season that Kim was in no shape to handle a mortgage to repay her share of the house, assuming that she was drunk most of the time.

Thanks for the info. It sounds to me like they stole Bob's God Damn house. Wow, poor guy. What a vipor Big Kathy was. Sadly Bob's GD kids probably needed it more than the Hilton's and Kyle and Kim.

I’m sure Kyle bought Kim out for far less than Kim would have received if the house was sold on the open market and split evenly. Kyle and Mauricio likely earned more in selling the house than they spent buying out the sisters, and Kim is easy to exploit because of her addiction.

Kyle wouldn't allow Kim to pay back the note and wasn't stable enough to take her to court. Kyle is getting her karma though just keep watching.

So this house was really Bobs house. He at least should of got his money back from what he put in plus the amount that increased the value of the house. This certainly makes these sisters look very entitled and the fact they didn’t make sure bob was ok in his reclining years. I don’t know why bob didn’t fight it. I know in Australia the spouse always gets the house. Whatever the will says it doesn’t matter. The house belonged to both husband and wife so one spouse can’t then determine the whole asset to go over to anyone else. I don’t know the laws in America but I find it incredible.

I’m not a lawyer but if Bob had money, he could’ve filed in court and argued that the sale of his house brought money to remodel that house in Indio Springs. The minute you co- mingle assets, they become joint property. Technically I think Bob could’ve fought for joint tenancy even though the house was really under big Kathy’s name. What that means is that he would’ve had rights to survivorship post Mortem. Obviously this is a gentleman who is in retirement and may have not had the money or the means to fight Kyle Kathy and Kim in court. Mauricio and Richard Hilton being real estate agent should know this fact but most salesman lie through omission. This is where it’s important for family to stick together. Bob and his surviving children should’ve fought for ownership of that house, but it’s all done now

Remember Kim Richards supported her entire family her whole childhood and early adulthood, even providing Kyle with her first new car and house but yet when Kim falls on Hard Times look what Kyle does to her Kim takes out of $20,000 on the loan didn't sell out her entire portion of the house but of course Mauricio did the paperwork and they sold the house out from underneath Kim the one that actually paid for everything Kyle had until she married that other old man that she got pregnant by first. Her mama taught them all get pregnant then they have to marry you and that's exactly what Kyle did. Kyle did steal that GD house.

We don’t know what was said between Kyle and Kim when she bought them out. For all we know Kyle could have said Kim could always buy back in but then didn’t let her. It’s the only thing that makes sense to me. I would feel just like Kim if this is the case.

They show the house in season 1. You said season 2 and it confused me. It's season 1 episode 2. Loving the Big Kathy stories, she sounds like quite a tyrant.

Big Kathy was a real piece of work, selfish and conniving! When Kim got engaged with one of her husband's, big Kathy made her turn it down until he got her a bigger ring, and so he did! And Kim was a full-grown adult that had been married before, and had kids! I would hate the nickname Big Kathy! She pushed all of her daughters to marry rich!

Well since Kyle and Mauricio were paying for it Kim had no money they were supporting her and they were paying the mortgage on the house so there you go it wasn't her house and there was also a promissory note on it did you know that

A promissory note that Kim tried to pay back and they refused her money and wouldn’t let her pay it back, because they refused the payment Kim would have had to sue to get her rights to her house back. And she was just getting on her feet financially and she couldn’t put herself back in a financial hole she just dug herself out of by waging a lawsuit. Kyle used technicalities to gain power over jointly held assets to obtain more than she needs from someone that has less than she has. That’s not good character. Kyle stole her sisters home and it’s disgusting.

This house issue actually happens to women all the time. More so before the last 30 years I'm sure. The property we just bought a year ago the woman had passed years before and the estate was finally selling it. She had to fight in court to stay in the house she shared with her husband who had passed years before her. Judge ruled she had the right to live there until she died or remarried. The problem is the house was in ruins because she didn't do ANY maintenance to it. That's what happens when people have nothing to gain.

Poor Bob. Those girls should have given it to him.

Zach confirmed in this video that Kim took out a loan of only $20,000 on the house with the intentions of paying it but BUT sneaky Kyle and Mauricio sold the house instead of letting her pay the money back !! What really bothers me is Kim supported the entire Richard's family all her life by her mother Big Kathy using every dollar Kim made to buy a house, give Kathy and Kyle the good life, and Kim even buying Kyle her 1st. new car and home but Kyle has forgotten that !! 🤬 Kathy left home at 15 to be with Rick Hilton and didn't look back and finally Kyle got pregnant by her very well off boyfriend and got married and filed for a divorce ALL WITHIN A 12 MONTH PERIOD and she made damn good money in the divorce and started dating Mauricio before her divorce was even final !! Google Kyle Richard's ex-husband and you she, she definitely locked him by getting pregnant with Farah because he has a lot of money !!! Big Kathy was a monster and taught her girl's exactly how to catch a rich man by getting pregnant quickly to KEEP them for marriage. Bottom line is Kim was the complete breadwinner, took care of her mother, Kathy ( her 1/2 sister ), and Kyle until they were married off. Kim at 12 year's old was dealing with the bar's calling her in the middle of the night to remove her drunk and belligerent mother and she would have to drive ( remember she was 12 ) to go get her mother !! Ken Richard's their dad left big Kathy because he didn't agree with what she was doing to Kim and became nothing but a mean belligerent drunk !! I won't write all the terrible thing's big Kathy made Kim do because it was all in the book BUT I will say that's exactly why Kim has the problems she does today !! I feel for Kim never having any type of childhood and a horrible mother that spent every dime Kim made. Kyle and Kathy should have helped Kim after all she did for them but Vile Kyle doesn't care and it seems Kathy was a little more compassionate with Kim. I mean look how Kyle let Rinna degrade Kim in RHOBH and actually allowing Rinna to hurt her own damn sister !! Kyle and Mauricio are sneaky slimy snakes !! 👿👿

I do think Kim cashed out, and when property values went up, and Kyle received much more from the sale that Kim felt like she was ripped off. That was Kim’s bad for thinking that Kyle would give her anything extra. Even out of the goodness of her heart., never gonna happen, and Kim should’ve known that and not expect it anymore.

I also believe it was Bob’s house. Never leave one item to 3 people. That is the best way to ensure a fight.

Kyle & Mo were low budget $$ wise early season RHOB. Remember the Grammar lady made fun of their house & Kyle would speak on what she couldn't afford. None of her businesses grew big time since the show succeeded for long either. But lot of settlements & investigations been going down w/ Mo's R.E. dealings, but no mention of Rick Hilton involved. Hmm.
