THE JEEP BUILD PLAYLIST: • THE JEEP BUILD
We've taken this Gladiator to town! Swapping out the stock drivetrain for DYNATRAC 60s, 40 inch tyres and a 4 inch lift. And not to mention the 6.4L supercharged HEMI under the hood!
...and then I blew it up.
In this episode, Justin takes us on a full rundown of all the modifications we've made to get the Gladiator to get it to the point where it can finally take on Christian's GU Patrol.
Put it in the comments 👇 can the Jeep Gladiator out-wheel the GU Patrol?
All will be revealed next week!

Its looking great Justin. I do think you should chat with the guys at Epic about your suspension. With solid axles you need the articulation. Tera Flex is a much better option and a much better set of shocks like Bilstein. Their mounting brackets and parts will hold up to your climate much better considering you play in the sand and salt.

Awesome, biuld. You should look at Metalcloak for fenders. They have a set for the JK Wrangler model that are 2 parts. So you can run full tire coverage and then remove them for offloading. But the JL and gladiator one aren't 2 pieces. But the stock JL/gladiator front fenders will fit on a JK Wrangler. Just something to think about.

I took my mostly stock '76 Toyota FJ40 on the Rubicon Trail and made it. Mods were ARB air lockers, BFG KM3 33's, ARB front bumper (the Aussie look, which isn't good for rock crawling, but solid), Warn winch. Toyota's are awesome. But after finishing the Rubicon Trail with no power steering and 4 speed manual, I bought a Jeep JLUR now with 37's and Metal Cloak lift. So I'm a fan of Toyo's and Jeeps. But not IFS. Let's go!

This is a fantastic build. There isn't much I could improve upon it. However, I do have a suggestion. You need to check out the rock sliders from Rock Slide Engineering. You mentioned steps from Amp Research, but they aren't good for a real off road rig. Enter RSE! They have drop down steps on serious rock sliders. I have a set on my 21 Rubicon Unlimited because I am also "vertically challenged". I don't think you can do better than a drop down step integrated into legitimate rock sliders.
