Sounds to me like your SA has seen your videos and got his management to jump on board and make sure your got items you asked for to keep you. Either way, I hope he realizes you aren’t asking for no reason, you have the funds to purchase.

Omg that lil Pegasus is SO CUTE! And now I need those Avalon pillows haha, but my fave color in those is the Ecru Caban… if only I could find the matching blanket!!! I’m glad your SA situation turned around, who knows what was happening but human relationships can be complicated lol. Happy for you regardless!

I'm in the exact same situation. I just bought a Kelly 25 from my Rodeo Drive S.A. after about a year and half. Also trying to decide if I should switch to Topanga, which is a lot closer to me.

100% here for the SA drama! (Well and quota bag unboxings obvi). Getting frustrated with my SA as I’ve shopped with her for over 1.5yrs, generous pre-spend, and still no quota bag. Sometimes she isn’t as responsive but otherwise has been pretty good about getting things I’ve asked for. In June she almost assured me that I could get a dream bag before the end of the yr… now I can’t even get the hat box I was promised for the crazy expensive hat I bought 🙄 so glad I’m not the only one with drama!

This story triggered my anxiety. This does not sound like a proper Hermès experience. I’m so pleased to live in Monaco. My two SAs are simply lovely. There’s no game involved. Never take a good SA for granted.

I bet they do get better stock. Topanga had a ton for the opening, but I imagine that was a one-time influx at that volume.

Your problematic SA saw the transactions from Topanga and realized he was about to lose a high paying client that he previously had neglected. Hence, why he stepped it up big time since getting you the birkin, gold sandals and other proactive sells.

i wonder if he might have moved up the ranks and started getting more allocated to him. i do hope you don't run into the air-head moments though. that would be more annoying to me than not getting a quota bag.

Look, Hermes do watch social media posts, there's no way they don't know about your KZread video though I'm sure they would never admit it, so now they will make sure to not disappoint you too much so people who watch your video would not be discouraged to shop at Rodeo. And your SA definitely saw your purchase history at other stores and figure out you have no problem entering new relationships other than with him. 😂
