I also love JBS’s artwork, especially her newer work - that Venus card is especially gorgeous. BUT I’ve a real problem connecting to any mermaid deck - they never seem to quite capture mermaid energy for me. Perhaps it is because I live on an Atlantic shoreline and the sea and her creatures are wild, seductive, deadly…and similar descriptors! Thank you for the unboxing Raecine 💙

This deck is special to me because the Venus with Cherubs card is the first time Venus talked to me. And Venus is my patroness as well as the first connection I had to deity! So this deck had a huge impact on me spiritually. I'm also absolutely a mermaid girl, so that helps as well.

If I had this deck, I would probably trim it and add keywords on the back😍 thanks for the walk-through!

She has a new one coming out in September called The Halloween Forever Oracle. Looks very intriguing.

I’m happy to see this one getting more love 💕 I bought this deck a year back absolutely stunned by the artwork and it has definitely helped me connect with water elementals after visiting the beach 🧜🏽‍♀️

Oh me and this deck have a similar history. Got it, didn’t connect, trimmed and edged it, still didn’t connect, gifted it and then went through a phase where I had to have all Jasmine decks (again, where I previously convinced myself I did not have to have all of her decks^^). So long story short: I repurchased it and then gifted it again for good 🙈 Much love to you 🖤

I trimmed the borders to a couple of my Blue Angels decks, and always regretted it and had to repurchase. Working with their trimmed bodies just did not feel the same as when they were framed. I have this deck and I have a similar feeling inasmuch as I do not have a deep connection or reach out for it often. However, I found that in moments when strong emotions have surged, it has comforted me. I cannot comment to its clarifying properties as I have not put it to the test. Enjoy rediscovering it. 🌊🧜‍♀

Oh they made the cards matte now , I forgot about this deck. Mine is shiny, the older version I just checked lol. I agree with your thoughts. And not knowing the symbols kind of put it to the back of my collection. EDIT: Will you be getting her Halloween deck that's coming out?

The symbols are present to make the memory spread if im right

I have that deck, i believe black symbols are yes and blue are a no. Or the other way around. The symbols don't matter they're just for decoration its just the slight colour difference of the symbols, that signify the yes, no question. I can take a look and re-comment later to see if i can tell you what page its on ❤
