Hybe will win the court and if by any miracle it doesn't, which I can't even imagine how would any court on Earth, unless in North Korea and in my corrupted country which becomes North Korea 2.0 very rapidly,, prohibit 80% of stockholders executing their voting rights, and side with 20 %. You have an opinion albeit short sighted. You must know that BPD instigated this assault on MJH integrity and her credibility within the industry. He advised Media he was conducting an Audit insinuating a Breach of Trust. He couldn't handle it privately??? Now he is blaming her for investors selling shares hmm. BPD owns 31.8% shares in Hybe and Hybe owns 80% of Ador do the math, he needed authorisation to conduct an Audit but he had a hissy fit and his ego was dented so he deliberately discredited her publicly. She was blind sided. A Lawyer who has viewed documents and contracts Hybe has with MJH states BPD was wanting to charge Ador with Embezzlement but had no proof so settled on BoT. If he can win BoT he saves 70M cos he only has to pay her 2.2M instead of the negotiated 73M how's that for motive? She's done a great job and made a substantial profit, she obviously has a mutual respect for NJ she should've recvd a bonus. On the other hand a good reason to sell shares is Hybe USA with Billions in losses seems to be under the radar. In any other Country BPD would be held to account for a bad investment strategy. Korean Times already reported that there was a big buy up of Hybe shares among Retail Companies and that Netmarble who owned 18% shares in Hybe also had to sell shares to help reduce their in-house debt. You can throw shade if it makes you feel whole but there is much more to this mole hill that BPD turned into a mountain. His arrogance got the better of him. Kudos to MHJ for standing up for her dignity. She dgaf what you Hybe Trolls think. I wish her luck because if you've ever worked for DOJ it's the Judge on the Day that matters and Justice is not always served in a Court of Law. As for all their evidence if they had it they would've negotiated a peaceful and mutual settlement but BPD to me is gung-ho.

True. Since South Korea is ready to " cancel" anyone for anything they think is wrong it is not a surprise that shares will drop when there is mud-slinging going on. That is not only more so in South Korea buy anywhere. No one is innocent when they are top managers and all of a sudden decide to sell all shares in a company that will have complaints against it in the very near future. Was he a fortune teller? Did he talk to MHJ shaman?

Well might be she did a huge mistake there to sell but that depends then on when she did that, now undergoing this fight or loong before. The law can that in reconcideration and think out her plans of why she did it, these kind of stuff has to come into the light and those who handel it has to be clever to be able to think like a criminal when they look into things, but to me she sold the NJ girls of so she is the 1 that gives a total crap about them.

Gossip Vs evidence vs public opinion. Let’s see who wins in court. Public opinion, internet pseudo detectives, he said, she said, don’t weight in this case. Only a courtroom verdict can tell who was doing things within the law and who wasn’t. In the meantime MHJ drama is unnecessary. She could instead focus on NJs promo activities and let her lawyers organize the evidence to build the case. Unless her plan is to stir drama and sink the company, artists and the public opinion with her?

Perhaps it's true Public opinion matters in SK, that is why there's a high incidence of judging the wrong party too (look at the Parasite actor who committed suicide, the person blackmailing him was arrested and was found to be blackmailing four or five other men. Nobody believed the actor. There's even the 50/50 gg case when most were against the CEO, until evidence slowly trickled to show that the greedy party was the Givers). In Hybe's case, a huge corporation will go to court when they have solid evidence. As I have always stated, if MHJ is in the right, why is she afraid to go through an audit? It's the most normal thing in the world for a corporation/large company's process/procedures to be examined regularly. Not returning company property when it's needed for audit is why I was suspicious about her. In the end, it's still solid evidence that will be presented in Court is what will matter. Hybe is keeping them close until then. For now, all what's being pulled by MHJ side are just distractions, more emotional manipulation (Nj parents statement) to win PR.

HYBE is not a monopoly. I don't know if you know but 2/3 of the BIG 3 (SM, YG & JYP) OWN sublabels/sub-companies themselves, yet people don't go and say anything then? A REAL monopoly would be KAKAO since they have expanded across different fields from taxi apps, one of korea's official message app, expanding to webtoons as well, having sub-companies in the media field, etc. Kakao even expanded to the entertainment field since they are the parent company of Starship ent (home to I've) and now even has shares in SM

HYBE needed to make in public like the audit announcement since they are now a PUBLIC company (since now even the general public can buy shares in HYBE). HYBE only started talking about it and defending themselves AFTER MHJ started going VERY public even going as far as to hold a last minute conference which didn't even give much time for the reporters to ask questions. MHJ didn't even answer the DIRECT questions asked by the reporters regarding leaking insider information which is what people wanted to know most!

I don't know Korean securities law. In the US, it's about ownership of material non-public information. If the dude had information that she was going to vie for control, it could certainly qualify. But, it's not clear cut. Generally, a weaker case since it doesn't involve a 3rd party ie he's not instructing someone to short the stock.

The regulators would need clear cut written information ie "wow, her press conference is a big deal. Could definitely hurt the HYBE stock price". Anything less likely will be a gray area. Maybe at most, he would have to give up the losses he avoided (if that).

That’s illegal. She can’t sell stock to outside of company. Make that sell null and void. Prosecute for inside trade Sue her for every cent. Sue every Ador employee for helping her. Make new jeans and parents pay back every cent Hybe invested in them. Sue all for restitution. Outside companies that were plagiarized by new Zjeams and Ador, sue their pants off. Make all these criminals blacklisted from entertainment industry.
