This is from TG4, the Irish-language television network in Eire. Also, it was great that the presenter was wearing a keffiyeh as she did her introduction. Nice way to tie the struggles of the past to those of the present.

As a Welsh speaker who has attended eithdofi ........ Google denies me the bright to spell it properly , so we will use the B***d tounge. Hands across the sea. Every time I think Welsh is awkward I look to my cousins in Eiran.

@DonegalRaymie201 The fact that he isn't an Irishman, He is half Scot and half Irish. James Connolly had 2 Irish Parents, Gaughan, only one. Trying to take the crown all for yourself? haha ;-)

Connolly was described by this new kid on the block, the UK trade union leader as 'an Irish socialist' leader. It suddenly showed me how much he knew.

Edinburgh-born. He leant much of socialism in UK and joined, agitated for socialist organistions in the States. The Ireland back then and right up into the 60s, 70s, 'socialist' ideas were (well basically scarce).
