There's not many men you can look so hot in a pastel pink sweater, but he pulls it off. Robert, miss you always.

Robert Palmer was one of Britain's greatest musical artists. His pink sweater has been forgotten by me.

Robert had gained so much more confidence since the 1978 interview with Dick Clark but hadn't lost any of that genuine humility. Love him to bits. xxxxx

Notice that his accent is much more Yorkshire than the interview from 10 years earlier. When he answers the question about whether PowerStation will continue you can hear it best.

Forgot how darn cute he was when he was younger - love the hair, Does anyone know where I could find early interviews with him that showed his family with his first wife Shelly Putnam and their children in the 1970's?? just curious

Kris Walkowicz Robert Palmer was never married to a woman called Sally Putnam, nor did he have three children with her. I don’t know how this incorrect information became established online. He was married on his 21st birthday to Susan Thatcher and they had two children, James and Jane. If you watch his acceptance speech for one of his two Grammies, available on KZread, he tells Jim and Jane “Nite, nite..” Adorable.
