Hoi Evert Jan, what helped me to change my beliefs about planets where we used to live, or going to live, according to certain spiritual books is listening to Brian Cox on KZread. He is a cosmologist and physicist from the UK. He not even believes in God and he is fine and looks really healthy! He also has one about believing / experiencing ghosts, that it is a pattern according to him. As he does not experience the dark spheres and the clearings I am asking myself, why am I? The more I read and watch podcasts from people who do not do spirituality, but American psychiatrists or neurologists or I think her name is Georgia Edie, a psychiatrist from Harvard who has good results in her patients with changing diet and drinks the more I get out of my psychosis and beliefs that I just read, and because it says it is Gods Law we believe it to be true. What if it has been made up and altered to control and fear people by the church, did you ever think of that? Research on who could write and read in Israel 2000 years ago helps a little too. Also reading a bit about other religions, boedism eg. helps, they do not have the believe in fighting the dark forces like the Bible has, it helps because if they do not have to clear these past lives or clear their darkness, why do believers in God and Christ have to do this? It is a dark religion as you read the Bible, very fearful and about all the things that you cannot do. When I go outside and talk to my neighbours, to my family, they do not believe these things and they do not experience them. They actually live, work and go on holidays. Hmmm….. I am Almost there to believe everything about Christianity not to be true anymore. I also feel better not reading spiritual sites anymore. Chris Palmer is an American psychiatrist, you can find him on KZread. Very interesting!! Please find his story, he has several podcasts, in one he speaks about his own life before he went to medical school, his mom was psychotic, she believed she was the reincarnation of Mary Magdalene. He also knows that certain medications do not work on his patients, when he works with their diet and excersise, he gets mostly good results. I am now reading a book of Dr. Perlmutter, he is a neurologist, he also gets people of medications or less symptoms in their diseases with changing their diet and more excersing. Hard to read in pain, darkness and voices but I am reading it and making the changes in my life. I found people for walks outside, going to the gym alone and talking to people there, finding people who do not speak or know about spiritual things from working in my garden and chatting with people walking by. Take care, I hope some of this might help you too, to come back to earth and enjoy your life outside of you, not inside of you. Not is spheres dark or light but in the Sun, looking at the moon, with people, plants and animals, that you see outside of you, can speak to, learn from and see the beauty of and the difficulties of. Thank you for your reply. Interesting. I will check out the persons you are talking about. Some insights in my own beliefs ;) What helped for me was reading the work of Jozef Rulof. He wrote 27 books about the afterlife, reincarnation and what God truly is. It's been called the University of Christ as well. You have to read his work in order of appearance. I've read more than 75% of his work at least. Some books even three times. He was a Dutch medium and talks about his journeys to the afterlife. The true spirituality and evolution of human kind. He talks about the afterlife with many people he met there. It was said that after Christ there would be a new person who would talk about his teachings. Besides Christ, the biggest medium that ever lived. Learning about the 7 Cosmic degrees. We're only at the third Cosmic degree at the moment, so not even half way in our journey throughout the universe. He's not that fond on the Bible as well. His work on the afterlife will become the "new" Bible in the future. I'm positive about that. Our soul was born on another planet actually and moved from planet to planet before reaching Earth. Over here we have the afterlife as well. We're moving in between the afterlife and the Earth for a while already. What is a life when having many? There is no hell with fire and flames as the Bible teaches us. It's only the inner you. Then again we're moving higher after doing good via reincarnation. I think that is a blessing. You had good lives as well of course. Which makes it easier. For me it was like coming home again. The things he talks about made sense to me. I was lost after psychosis and had to learn everything all over again. Because of my turmoil I've learned to see God and the afterlife in a new and different way than certain religions on Earth nowadays. We all have our own journeys of course. I love to talk about these new teachings I've learned along the way. The end is always universal love. Take care
