Hey Evert, I went to the Unitarian Universalist church this morning. I'm hoping to meet people to play guitar with and maybe make KZread videos. I am putting my reading on the back burner for drawing. I simply can't do a lot of both. Good to see you enthusiastic. I find drawing takes a different kind of thought than I use in reading. I use my sickness for ideas.

Hey Evert ,have you considered going on the carnivore diet , apparently people with mental health issues are having great success with this diet , even to the point of being able to reduce their medication, and in a lot of cases being able to come off meds altogether, Just something for you to consider and do a little research into Best Wishes 👍
