Your set/lighting designer needs help as does your set. The glare from the windows behind you doesn't do your arrangements any favor as they aren't lighted enough to off-set the glare coming from behind. This may sound like I'm being picky; I certainly don't mean to be. What's more important? The outside of the windows or your work?
