It’s been a year and a half since my mother’s passing. It took me one whole year to be off heavy dosages of antidepressants and sedatives. Just now I had to dig out a copy of her death certificate to take care of financial stuff. I couldn’t find it at first, because, while under the influence back when I was in the abyss of serious depression, I hid it where I would never see it again. The moment I saw that piece of paper in my hand, tears started rolling down my cheeks. I mean, get a grip! I’m a 50-year-old man, after all. Thankfully, listening this song again and again is able to calm myself down, even putting a smile on my face, so THANK YOU, Ms. Ross.

Diana ross is the very best left that's still alive, she has NO competition, from - WHITNEY HOUSTON. Maria carey, Alicia keys, beyonce etc none of which are even in her league. Diana has such a... smooth, classy seductive voice, never having to shriek to reach the higher notes, and with such great taste in song selections knowing what suites her voice & what doesn't. once again proving it here.

The whole thank you album is sublime and I can't stop playing it. This lady is and always was a class act.so many people in the record industry have said so many negative remarks about her and most of it was pure jealousy in my humble opinion. Diana paved the way for all that followed she is a true original. I love many singers but it is always dianas voice that I.never tire.of.her voice for.mysrlf is just so beautiful. Not powerful like aretha or Patti but totally her own unique. Power does not make for a great voice .there is so.much more to being a great singer.emotion.nuance .delivery. phrasing etc and for me disnas is right at the top.im sure you will have guessed by now that I love the lady.she really is a true icon and legend one of the true greats. Diana over her career worked with all the greats sinatra and people of that calibre She is and was an outstanding actress .incredible business lady.unbeleivable mum .a true survivor and still at the age of 77 still recording beautiful beautiful music.she is one of a kind ❤

Two things: This song sounds like "You're All I Need To Get By," and I could definitely hear this song on one of my favorite albums, "Surrender." Nice song, "The Boss!"

Yes and that is the biggest problem. They need to get songwriters that don't just regurgitate the past. It sounds like Decca Records said write something for Diana Ross that sounds like everything she did in the past. It's insulting to the fans and I will boycott this release. It should be dumped and they should start over.

I think her most "hip" album is "Take Me Higher," and is one of my favorites. I just hope this album isn't like the "I Love You" album. It didn't hold my attention.

She is practically pure light. I have never heard anyone imitate her voice successfully. As a kid I would put on earphones and listen to every nuance of her voice. Her ability to mirror, anger, joy, sexuality, and every other emotion without vocal acrobatics. She is a genius and the closest thing the world has to a goddess. Her ability to be ethereal, and funky at the same time is amazing.

I am sooooo impressed with her. I put on earphones and listened to this at least 8 times and this old man started cry. The sentiment she is expressing is so real...she is so raw and open...I love her so much and I adore the song...it's definitely a hit and wait to the remix hits the dance floor...I preordered the CD as well.

I listened to it ("Your Heart Belongs To Me" was one of the few minor radio hits), and I liked Diana since THEN - I was in (like) the first grade. STILL loving this woman. Oh, and did you know that she is considered the Best Entertainer Of The 20th Century? I got to see her only once in February of 1980, while she was still promoting her album "The Boss." WHAT a woman!

We waited 15 years for this? And it was so worth the wait! Diana sounds fresh and spirited. The song is catchy and as Berry Gordy would always say - you have to have a great hook - and this lovely song does indeed have a catchy hook that people will enjoy singing. Thanks, Diana, for the new music and for sharing your luxurious voice with us!

Terrell It looks like she finally has a record contract. The publicity release states that the new album is contracted with Decca records which has been a recording institution for many years. Decca is doing a good job of promoting the new single and hopefully they will do the same for the album. The official video now has over 1,800,000 views. Almost all the comments have been positive and supportive of Diana and the song. I don’t know if she’s signed to Decca just for this album or if it’s a long term contract. With any luck, it’s long term and she will be able to do more recordings which will make her and us so happy!

No he would'nt. He wouldn't have asked a bunch of hack so called 'songwriters' to come in and write something that sounded as though it was written well over 50 years ago. He would have scrapped it and started over. Unforuntately Decca clearly don't give a sh*t about Diana and she needs to scrap it and start over. There's no hook in this whatsoever, aparet from the one that was stolen from 'You're all I need to get by'. I would laugh if Valerie Simpson sued the writers.

When my hubby was very very sick, i singed for he every night this song, he's just smiled for me and i remember this and make me happy.

This is such a beautiful gesture of her to be greatful for the support through the years... Soo classy and elegant as ever
