Beautiful song, beautiful lady and beautiful dancing. You are an amazing dancer. You have inspired me, therefore i signed up for a gym and then i am signing up for belly dancing. I have always loved dance and the ability to express myself through dance. I had been through a lot of all types of abuse as a child and had horrid events happen in my adulthood, and dance helps me release all the pain. Thank you for inspiring me and others!

I've seen the Bellydance Superstars troupe and they were captivating, especially one of their more mature females. But Diana's dance here has already something (positively) otherworldly to it. Bellissimo, carissima!! "Shine on you crazy diamond".

These were smoothest and graceful movements that I have ever seen, bravo!

I have been watching your videos for months but have finally been inspired to use them because I saw you did a lesson one and the only kind of dancing I can really see myself doing is this. But I'm overweight. I've been losing some so I can use your videos to start and I do wish youd do more lessons because you make it so fun to do. Especially to music like this. I figured if I wanted to lose weight this is the way I wanted to do it.

Oh boy. Belly dance is pretty much the only genre of dance that actually celebrates big, juicy, luscious, curvaceous women! Belly dance needs you to be able to move your joints and strengthen your core. You can start THAT right away! There are a lot of beginner videos for belly dance on the net. If you stick with it you will notice that your body shape will change. Learn some basic steps and use your fave rock music to work out to. There will be fat melting. By the way, belly dance is great exercise for pregnant women.
