There was absolutely no need to hide the video. Everything that belongs to Diana has no copyright restrictions, the only exception is Diana's performances on TV shows, and Diana has 17 such performances in 4 different TV shows.

While I can understand that just taking in the performance for the first listen is a preference this song's lyrics are personal and very specific to Diana, because she wrote them. This performance was not about showcasing her full range of singing capability but, rather a window into her soul. Diana contrasts the image of a pure, bright soul of a naive child (in the first verse) with the mature soul of an adult person who has received a negative life experience (in the second verse). Visually, this is emphasized by the image of a flying bird in the blue sunny sky (braids, light suit, make-up in the form of white feathers, arms spread like wings) in the first scene and the image of an inhabitant of the dark sea depths with a dirty bottom (hair tail, dark suit, make-up in the form of scales ) - in the second part of the video. In the finale - a sad cry to the ukulele about the lost bright dreams. The final words in the song: "Dreaming is not harmful at all." The girl is growing up. 😊

Diana wrote the music and the lyrics for this one. Just turn on the English subtitles. They seem to work well for this one. "A mistrustful wolfling girl was standing there revealed. One of my favorites by her is from the "Show Mask Go On" entitled "Oh' It's Not Yet Evening" kzread.info/dash/bejne/lZqIy7OketWymZM.html. It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior. One would swear she borrowed that soul to perform the song.

You don't need to blur Diana's original music. Just the music owned by the Russian TV stations tend to be problematic for some reactors. If you pull it from her official KZread channel you won't have issues...she also has good English subtitles on her work off of her official KZread channel as well (gotta turn them on though). This song is an allegory of her life. She ends it playing her ukulele.

You misunderstand how blocking from KZread works. All rights to what is laid out on KZread belong to KZread. Content rights holders are required to enter into an agreement with KZread, transferring their ownership rights to KZread, and share these rights with KZread. Further, KZread acts solely in its own interests, and in the interests of the country that owns the resource, as well as in the interests of large lobbying structures that also act in the interests of the same country. These are American companies, and the Russian NTV channel is completely blocked on KZread, but this does not prevent KZread from using its exclusive rights to block the content of the blocked Russian copyright holder.

@@monolit73 It does not work like you said, NTV is not blocked by youtube their monetization is and they themselves have turned all their videos to private that is why you do not see the channel, they do however retain their rights to their channel so KZread keeps blocking the use of their content according to their contract. In Diana's case she does not block people, however she does get a certain revenue cut from the adds of everyone that uses her videos since it is her work after all, it is a pretty minor cut, now if the reactor have 0 decency and does not want to share this minor cut with the original creator then he/she blurs the video anyways. The case here though is that people do not really know which of her performances are being blocked and which are not so they blur everything just in case.

@@Kwstas_Vagias Do you have confirmation that NTV was not closed due to sanctions, as Wikipedia says. The channel cannot disappear from the search, even if all videos become private. And all this does not negate the fact that KZread works in the interests of Russia's opponents. Can you explain better how the videos of Diana's performances on NTV could be unblocked on your channel?

@@Kwstas_Vagias Blocking in KZread is carried out by the automatic CONTENT ID system. Each video that enters this system receives a long ID, a digital image of the video. All these videos from NTV TV shows were added to this automatic blocking service, so the channel is deleted, or the content is closed, it does not play any role, the automatic CONTENT ID service simply checks all videos that get into KZread for a code match or part of a digital code . It is for this reason that any appeal to KZread with the requirement that the video in the reaction is used as FAIR USE is considered immediately in favor of the reactors.

My problems with this song; 1. The melody is too repetitive 2. Too many 'wawas' 3. Very little of her Contralto range which I like Gonna give it 3 out of 10. Sorry Diana this one doesn't do it for me. 😞
